Live chat support feature and configuring chat flows is the best feature for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is high if you compare with other CRMs.
Adding more flexibility while configuring chat flows would be a great feature.
Extra boldness in the fonts are not looking good, giving the ability to change the dashboard fonts would be a great thing.
Less area for reporting, adding segmentation, and allowing users to add few attributes for reporting would be a plus point in the system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time as it has everything prebuild and integrated with each other. All in one for marketing, sales, and support. It has streamlined our customer success and sales structure. Also, it's time-saving for non-developer to make some changes in the content and website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product to use and easy to setup with the best customer support.
Works so well with the HubSpot Growth Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with the rest of the platform. It's so useful having everything related to our sales and marketing pipeline in once place .
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit of a challenge to learn, but with each update it's getting better.

More control and insight into the customer journey from awareness all the way to sale and beyond. We're also able to change things really quickly, and monitor the effect that these changes have on our marketing performance. We're able to use the data in our CRM to customise the experience for different customers, based upon user personas and the like. A great feature!
Love the Simplicity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot doesn't try to be something that it is not.
Simple, clean & effective solutions, great self-support solutions and training tools for those 'not-so-intuitive' processes. Wonderful business improvement tools - we're already seeing success.
Our sales and marketing team are able to collaborate on campaign outcomes, improvement opportunities and overall business success. The reporting features available at everyone's fingertips are creating and encouraging collaboration and innovation - it is a great gap analysis tool, which iis a bonus we were not really expecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas for improvement around multi-currency product integration. Having a product link to a customer directly rather than just a deal would be a game-changer for our organisation!
From an 'eductor' perspective, it would also be able to have multiple property fields available for tracking enrolment/completion/subscription periods commencement and conclusion dates - something we are finding a little tricky to manage via API.
Otherwise the only major downside we have found it - no more room for excuses! The team really has no reason to not succeed now :D

Excellent CMS - Easy to use and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Having used a few different CMS over the years, the HubSpot CMS is by far the most flexible, easy to use and fast. It's great having all of our website pages, landing pages, blog pages all in one platform, as well as all of the other functions we use HubSpot for. The hints and tips on the optimization tab of the pages is really useful. I love that we are able to manage day to day changes ourselves and can get updates published quickly, rather than having to rely on an agency/web developer, even some of the slightly more complex page edits are easy to do in the design manager of the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but the following could improve the functionally slightly: Folders to be able to organise website pages, as our site grows this would be useful. When adding a link to other HubSpot content/pages, the box that pops up is small, and when you have a lot of content, it's difficult trying to find the correct piece of content when there is a lot to scroll through in a small window. Having one place to view any broken links, rather than having to click into each page separately and viewing from the optimization tab, as our site grows it's not practical having to check each page separately, need one area to check these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time having everything all in one platform. Not wasting time going back and forth with a web developer for day to day/simple changes that we are now able to do ourselves. Being able to make updates and publish immediately. Massive improvement in our SEO.
Scalable & Dynamic Personalised Content
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build scalable / dynamic content that leverages HubDB & integrates with Hubspot's marketing features -- has given us a competitive advantage in the way we can serve up truly personalised content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being fixed to the Hubspot ecosystem can be costly.

If you want a simple website with some animations for your content, HS is the best option.
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and straight forward a not technical resource can also work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It have so many restrictions in it example the database, dynamic pages and many other functionalities .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blog Tag listing grid view, CTA buttons issues does not have anchoring functionalities, dynamic pages does not support same table selection on multiple dynamic pages it creates multiple URLs of those pages which have selected that table and there are many other.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose HS CMS by keeping that in mind that it does not cater every requirement that you can do in custom.
Love the SEO features
What do you like best about the product?
I find it really easy to manage blog content, get tips on optimisation and SEO, and manage contacts with email
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, genuinely just love this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're building a brand and building content in our knowledge area, so its really useful to get tips on how to optimise it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the easiest tool for content management and I really recommend it.
Easy to stage, manage, update website content with a drag and drop interface
What do you like best about the product?
It's great being able to easily stage changes and push to live. The easy-to-use drag and drop interface makes it easy for non-developers to make updates without touching code. The built-in multilanguage feature makes it easy to build a website for global companies and extra features like being able to include dynamic content and getting SEO recommendations right on the page are also pretty good. It's also great not having to manage site security ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit more costly than other platforms so it's harder to get buy in from smaller customers. It's a little bit harder to create solutions for extra special use-cases too because it's a closed system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that supports the lead attribution process so we could then provide personalised content based on user behaviour. Moving the business website to Hubspot CMS definitely helped solve that challenge. One of the key benefits is the ability for non-developer staff to make changes to the website pages themselves fairly easily.
A Marketer's Dream

What do you dislike about the product?
Templates could be better, easier to use.
