Easy to build and manage content w/ room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is centralized in one place: Website, Email, Social so you don't need to play around with different platforms to produce content. You can design and schedule emails and social posts quickly using HubSpot Marketplace templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to update the webpage using HubSpot, unless your expertly-versed in using HTML/CSS/JS in tandem (even if so you need to learn HubSpot's language HubL). Creating custom modules is time-consuming and unless you want a total Template-based copy of a webpage, a necessary part of customizing your webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been paying a Marketing agency to handle everything that went into Marketing & Content Creation, but HubSpot makes it so simple to start using the tools that we were able to do everything and more in-house with just one person rather than paying an entire agency to create content.

What do you like best about the product?
In my career as a graphic designer, I work heavily on Website Pages while our company redesigns the company website. The Website Pages CMS is incredibly easy to navigate. Having a way to filter the pages by 'Published/Scheduled/etc` is really handy as we take on a bunch of pages now and in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for there to be a feature that locks the position of the page in place within the Website list. With a few developers and designers constantly tooling around in the pages, the list is constantly shuffling. It becomes difficult to scroll and try to find the page I was just working on or updating.
One small thing we struggle with, and possibly it is user error...is having a staging area for pages that need to go live. We would love for these pages to go live automatically, replacing existing pages. But it doesn't seem as intuitive when trying to schedule.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer completely hand-coding each page. A lot of our pages stem from templates. As a designer, I am not privy to how the templates work and are only comfortable laying out code line by line. Luckily we have web developers within the company that enjoys creating things such as templates and rich text fields. We have increased our productivity trremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is pretty intuitive for the most part. Everything is clearly labeled and if you've had experience with other CMS, it's far easier to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to Hubspot and I have never had the pleasure of working with a platform that has such amazing customer support! Your staff has gone beyond and above to help me make my website exactly the way I had it in my mind! Your staff never leaves me hanging and always tries their best and if necessary follow up with an informative email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that 99% of the customer service reps are amazing but there is that 1% who find it easier to say we are not coders go back to whoever did your template for help. But when I reach a different customer service rep they are able to easily solve my problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just learning the basics to begin with, where to make colour changes that all fileds can not do the same function (e.g. putting colour into the background of a section). Benefits of hubspot are immense, everything is right there and implements seamlessly! It just takes some patience and some time to figure it out!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an intuitive website builder look no further than HubSpot. Its ease of use and amazing support will have you up and running in no time!
Great Customer Service, Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the support feature heavily, the reps are very responsive and provide resolutions within minutes. The interface itself is also very easy to use, I always know where to locate things. The analytics/reporting tools are also very useful as they integrate with Google Console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this falls into the category, but I think creating landing pages with the Design Editor can use adjustments. For those who don't know coding, it looks a little intimidating and often takes me longer to get the exact look of the page I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently working on generating inbound leads using forms, landing pages, email, etc. We're also generating more content than ever, and have seen the benefits of using topic clusters to see what content is resonating and what's not converting. The SEO tool is also immensely helpful for providing feedback on not just hubspot-hosted pages but also our website hosted on Wordpress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot CMS Hub reminds you at all times of all the SEO on-site elements you need to think of and implement so that each and every web page you create is according to SEO best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just like to warn you how important is to pick a good theme or better yet build your own custom templates. You should really cautious about how the theme or templates build are supporting HubSpot forms and CTAs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot CMS for our website. It is easy to use and saves time with posting new content, creating new pages, and making them SEO perfect and attractive in terms of design.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CMS is a great decision if you are already using or you plan on using other HubSpot Hubs. The best way to go is to have one tool for all.

The Hubspot Template builder and the downloadable themes that you can access (free!!) make it easy to create an excellent quality website that works perfectly on every device and browser - phones, laptops and tablets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot is a bit TOO smart and I feel a little overwhelmed at all the pieces of it that I have not yet got to grips with.
So that is not something really to dislike. More a statement that I still have a lot to learn. My next step will be to find someone that really know how to make the Sales processes "sing" using the Hubspot tools.

I could not have relauched TotallyOptimizedProjects without Hubspot. Before we moved across in early 2015, we had SO many different software apps and things in the techstack. Now we only have Hubspot, and one other that hosts all the online courses.
Somewhere I remember reading a blog that talked about "frankenspot" and all the platforms that were needed to manage all the things that Hubspot does for me - Website hosting, a fabulous tool for building webpages (and NO MORE wordpress and bazillions of plugin's), auto posting of blog emails and to social media, an excellent CRM and the fastest and most helpful support staff...

User friendly interface and recommendations mentioned are understandable.
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience that HubSpot can provide is an all-in-one overall of the list of recommendations that we should do to improve the SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recommendation list was pretty understandable, but I felt that for those that do not know much about SEO. It might be a bit difficult to understand or pinpoint on the mistakes. Even though changes have been made according to what has been recommended, It still appeared on the recommendation list. If possible, should highlight specifically what was the mistake made. Can consider indicating the page speed of each page as well, so we can evaluate the pages with a slow loading speed.

With this feature, we definitely will like to see an improvement in our SEO overall. Hubspot CMS allows us to provide an overview of the list of SEO recommendations for a team to have the same view and to work on.
Amazing CMS at an Unbelievable Starting Price
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS is a robust, incredibly intuitive platform for building and managing websites. The admin interface is phenomenal and the pre-implemented website best practices help any company create a fast-loading SEO optimized website incredibly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tools that the HubSpot CMS has are robust and many, other powerful tools sit behind an incredibly high paywall. For instance, each Starter account only has 25 site pages and 50 landing pages. This number of pages may seem like plenty, but they get used up quickly. If a customer wants more pages? They would have to go from $50/mo to $800/mo!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve centralized all data to a single platform that enables sales teams to see real-time data on leads based on their tracked behavior on our site. My online presence is responsive and incredibly easy to manage and update.

Make sure you can afford the long term investment and then enjoy the A+ product and service of HubSpot!

There is a free option available and a beginners' course. You can read the latest updates in the easy-to-read panel and can work intuitively from either terminal. It has a traffic expansion function that can be related organically and indefinitely to external resources. Sales Hub is a sales process efficiency platform that helps you to target the best outcomes with the least effort. Automates creation and monitoring of detailed clients, such as the automated distribution of emails and optimized communications for customer characteristics. In HubSpot, Service Hub enjoys a high degree of satisfaction in addition to the fast and reliable customer service that customers require. With Service Portal, a knowledge base can be generated based on commonly asked questions and ticket details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anyway, the user interface is hard to understand. Unnecessary page transformations occur each time communication or transaction is made, and the user interface is far from sharp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I received real-time advice on SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) and picked and guided the most successful content, images, headings, and CTA (called action) based on multiple data. Moreover, you can increase traffic according to the visitor's location, access source, and create an enticing action call that induces you to press. Promising prospective clients are immediately dispatched. Potential customer contact information and open / click email operations are automatically logged, preventing any hassle in entering results. We will have an optimum service on time when referring to different details, such as customer history and current issues.
