What do you like best about the product?
The Content Remix tool is a game-changer. It lets me turn one medical blog into multiple social posts for different platforms instantly, which is essential when managing multiple clients like hospitals and transport services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI-generated drafts sometimes require manual tweaking to capture the specific local nuance and "Hinglish" phrasing that my audience in Punjab and Himachal relates to best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the struggle of content scaling. I can maintain distinct brand voices and high SEO standards for several different industries simultaneously without needing a massive team to handle the volume.

Easy and user-friendly to build content pages! Great video storage to make it easy to host and send traffic to engaging content.

it serves all of my needs easily especially with the AI integrations and brand learning. i dont have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to have everything in one place for event tracking - sign ups, agendas, emails and payments. Having content hub makes HubSpot truly an all-in-one platform for us.

It is a very helpful tool that has helped me learn new skills and expand my skill set. They provide very specific information, which allows the learner to gain a deeper understanding of the topic and makes it easier to master.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video and written content on this platform feels a bit outdated, and it really needs to be refreshed with more up-to-date material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a wide variety of free courses that have helped me expand my skill set in an affordable way, and that support played a real part in helping me get a job.

The user interface is super simplistic and easy to use for anyone in sales.

Sometimes it is hard to find the correct contact information.

They made prospecting super easy and simple.
Clean, Easy Editor That Speeds Up Publishing
What do you like best about the product?
The editor is clean and easy to use, so publishing pages and blogs is fast without dev help. I use this at least 2 times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive fast as you scale, especially for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects content, CRM, and analytics in one place, so I don’t waste time stitching data from different tools. Performance insights are clear enough to quickly see what’s working and improve pages without heavy setup.
Great Contact Management, Needs Better Sequencing Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of contacts we can have in the system and the organization of the home page. I also like the organization of the deal stages, as it keeps my pipeline in check for sales. Additionally, customer service is always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more insights into the deliverability within Sequencing. We don't have outreach to as many people as we'd like to. Researching notes from years back isn't easy. It takes an hour to scroll back as far as we need sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Content Hub for sequencing and deal creation, especially liking the contact capacity and homepage organization. It keeps my sales pipeline in check, though I wish sorting activities within companies was easier.

What do you like best about the product?
In HubSpot Content Hub, everything I need for content marketing is in one place. I don’t have to jump between different tools for writing, publishing, managing, and analysing content, because it brings all of these together in a clean, simple interface. Another thing I really like is how easy it is to organise and repurpose content. I can create landing pages, blog posts, and other content while keeping everything connected to my overall marketing strategy. Since using it, content management feels more organised and much less overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it has many features and tools so it takes time to really understand where the things are and how to use it efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here basically it has resolved the issues of managing content across multiple platforms and tools. In past times, marketing teams had to write content in one tool, for publishing there is another system and for tracking analytics somewhere else and managing SEO separately. Content Hub brings everything into one platform that makes the workflow more organised and much smoother.

I like that everything website pages, landing pages, files, and my brand assets is combined in one place. I also really love the Hub’s structure and how it keeps everything organized.

Nothing in particular that I don't like about it.

It’s helping us manage all of our landing pages and blogs in one place, without having to track them on our own manually.
Time-Saving Content Tool with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Content Hub to write multiple pieces of content from one item, which is a huge time saver for me as a one-person team. I really like the ability to refine and adjust messaging based on brand voice. Entering a URL, a blog article, or even an internal presentation document and having it create multiple social posts, a landing page, or another blog article is incredibly useful. I also like the case studies beta. Setting everything up was super easy, paying the invoice was all it took, and adding in the brand voice and getting everything else set up only took a few hours. The updated content hub makes redoing the website so easy, too. I think it's a great tool, and I appreciate that HubSpot continues to roll out great beta updates that I believe will be refined over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the writing isn't always perfect, and you can tell it's AI. It could limit the amount of telltale AI signs like an em dash or how every running sentence will be structured with three things.
