Very good platform.
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of good materials on MOD store and various alnguages.

Support should be in my time zone not only in US

Regular training of users on one place.
Very good to the point training.

Being able to control the distribution of training to users and tracking who completes the training.

I have no downsides to the training at this time.

it helps to keep users aware of potential security risks and it has good reporting levels for compliance requirements.
Very granular and lot's of options to cutomize.

The ability to have premade security training that we can just send out to the employees.

The dashboard looks a little dated and difficult to navigate.

Very good and powerful tool for employees education
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different content is available for different departments and positions. It's very easy to configure a training campaign and run it. Thanks to regular automatic emails users will be continuously reminded about completing the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content looks drawn or made like a cartoon. Sometimes it's hard to find a training that does not look like a cartoon for kids. Would be good to have more studied content but not like cartoons or series.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Awareness is an obligatory part of ISMS and KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a great module that helps to comply with requirements and educate a personeel.
Knowbe4 is a great tool for teaching end users good habits
What do you like best about the product?
Since using knowbe4 security training we have had a large increase in end users identifying and reporting phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes training progress does not save which messes up some of the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training of end users on their involvement in IT security. It has benefitted us a lot as users now report and identify more phishing emails and messages.

So easy to manage and start campaigns, and makes learning interactive and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything that I dislike about it, however they should consider creating web browser extension to find phishing links in real time as they teach

Our team was target of phishing attack and this product helped teach them how to be safe

What do you like best about the product?
The security training is second to none, as it is intuitive, and precise. It allows our IT staff to present phishing emails to our users and also train them without interruption to their job or ours. The analytics provided in the Dashboard helps us identify high risk users and adjust our email policies as such. I felt as if our end users score has been positively impacted following the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any issues to complain about as far as I'm concerned.

It is providing training with minimal interaction, which allows us to save company time, and also educate end users. With our scheduled trainings and modules from the massive store, it is easier than ever to train users on cyber security.

The platform offers a wide range of training materials that cover various cybersecurity topics, from phishing and social engineering to more advanced subjects like insider threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately the content has not been as new and fresh as it has in the past. Definetley need new content going forward.

Many users find the training to be engaging, often incorporating interactive elements, games, and videos to keep users involved, which can improve retention and application of the material.
Excellent service but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
They offer extensive training that allows users to upgrade their cyber vigilance. While also providing comprehensive data on regarding the state of our companies threat level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training itself is fantastic, but I there needs to be a stronger push for encourging employees to be cyber vigilant. They need to be made to feel like part of the security team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training teaches our employees what red flags they need to be looking for when reading emails. This makes the reporting of potential phishing much more common.
Easy to understand for non-IT users
What do you like best about the product?
It helped a lot of users in our company be more aware in cyber security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. The training was very staightforward.

It helps non-IT users become more aware and how to do safe computing.
