KnowBe4 is a good tool to use to help users learn.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that KnowBe4 uses humor to instill knowlege about email and internet security to users that may not understand it otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to run automated reports concering how my users are doing, based on their metrics.

Bringing awareness to how important it is for email and internet security.

Up to date content continuously being published.

Setting up campaigns can be overwhelming and confusing.

Continuous end user phishing testing and remedial training. Annual and new user cyber awareness training.
Best in Class Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 is the number of features. I feel like when I create a phishing campaign I have the power to manipulate the settings in a variety of different ways, and I love the amount of options I have. It's easy to use and integrates well with Microsoft O365. I've worked with customer support and so far my experience has been great there as well. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about KnowBe4 is an issue I have with all SAT platforms, which is the frequency of use is not as great as some of the other security tools I'm using. For example, I use my EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management console, and my secure email gateway platform every day. However, unless you want to overwhelm your staff, you won't be using the SAT platform on a daily basis to send constant phishing campaigns. The price was fair, and definitely not as high as a lot of these other security products that I use, but that is something that bothers me about buying a product that isn't used all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I was using KnowBe4 I had to create the phishing campaigns and training material myself. It took a long time and it wasn't as high quality as what KnowBe4 provides. Now that I am using this tool, it takes me way less time to setup campaigns and I have a whole Netflix of training material to choose from. Not to mention I can track statistics and generate reports for executive management to see how we are doing as an organization.

Great Product w/ GREAT Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing about KnowBe4 is the ability to scroll through many different topics and have a support staff that is quick to respond and extremely helpful. It is extremely easy to use, and easy to implement and integrate across many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are restricted use, but if your company or university allows it you usually can get access. Specifically, allowing access to creating phishing email templates is an admin only task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving unnessary malware getting into my university systems, and training students and staff to be more aware of malicious content.
Security Training at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great training tool for my staff and faculty. It provides all the necessary information to help them understand what emails are threats. Setting up the training was very easy to use and implement. Customer support was great in helping me set the parameters for a successful training session. I have set up assessments to be done annually. I also have set up phishing campaigns on a quarterly basis. There are several features to help with campaigns and training. Integrating the sessions into our environment was easy and not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this program.

KnowBe4 is helping to keep the staff informed about all types of cyber threats and email phishing attacks.
Wonderful Experience, Great Product, and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training is relatively easy to setup. The depth of features it contains is wonderful and I would highly recommend utilizing the help of the onboarding reps to help get the initial training setup. Once that is done, the system runs automatically and can be very easy to duplicate for future training sessions. I was able to easily integrate KnowBe4 with my Active Directory, so new users get added to training automatically. Overall, I really like KnowBe4 and would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has a lot of depth, so you can't just jump in without some training and hand holding at the beginning. I also don't like that the AD integration requires one specific field in the users record to be filled in in order to work properly. Besides that obscure issue, the product is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to provide monthly training and refresher courses to users so that they keep cybersecurity at the forefront of their mind. It is very easy for users to get phished or hacked and we need our human firewall to stay up-to-date with thier knowledge. KnowBe4 security awareness training allows us to keep them up to date and allows us to focus on particular topics that may be more important as the year progresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a Best Cyber Security awareness training plateform. Its usage and implementation was quite simple. Features are amazing and happy about this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training Modules are good, but i feel more quizes modules needs to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is perfect for all user , but for i really found helpful for staff trainings. Becasue Knowbe4 gave a flexible times and module to play with our choice.
