Training made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variation and ease of use. I can find a handful of training, interactive, informative modules fast and add them to my own library for later use. Im able to customize messages that get sent to the users and their managers for completion of training. You can customize some of the modules so the user cannot skip and must pass to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users understand the importance of security training and how serious of an impact it can have on the business and personal life.

The automation of the platform is great! Is very easy manage each module and all functions.

mmmmmmmmm, I considered maybe the time of response about support, could be improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing campaingns, in the past the time that I spent to make a campaingn is not comparative with now.
KnowBe4 is perfect for implementing phishing and security awareness from the ground up!

KB4 is very easy to use and implement. You can curate content and training to your organization's needs. The data and metrics are very in-depth and allow for focused effort in areas where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of features and content available to only the highest tier of subscription. Lower tiers recieve drastic cutoffs from content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizations with a lack of solid security culture and awareness can benefit from the services KB4 provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Content is so relevant and engaging. Video production is top notch and professionaly done. They set the bar for where you want a program. The content is easy to use and implement into your program. The customer support and website is fantasic. The documentation is up to date and great place to start when looking for awarness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it is hard to compete with them. They set the bar for awarness so its hard to compete with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering phishing training, delivering specialized traing for internal groups, delivering regular updates for HR consumption and tracking.
There is always good information on the latest security issues

I still feel the same about the trainings. They are concise and to the point.

Nothing to improve upon in my opinion. The courses are very helpful

The training helps to make everyone aware of the security risks in todays changing electronic world. There are numerous threats both internal and external to watch out for every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Every scenario is always compared to real-life events so you as a user can really grasp the consequences of acting irresponsibly, also it ensures that you comprehend how the security risks appear and how easy it is to avoid human mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to receive some certifications after you complete your trainings and maybe longer courses to add depth to the learning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making collaborators aware about the potential risks that are online and how to react to them, getting us to be inform and prepared to take action and to conquer human error.

We recently purchased the KnowBe4 cybersecurity awareness training platform and their Phishing ER service . We are in the process of developing a cybersecurity awareness training program for our organization. I’d love to have a brainstorming discussion with the community about how you use this tool (or similar products) in your organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few specific questions:
1- What is your process for new employees? Do you require them to complete training before granting access to email and systems? If so, how do you share the training with them if they don’t yet have a business email address?
2- How often do you run phishing simulations?
3- What is the ideal length for training modules? Do you find shorter, frequent sessions more effective? May be 10 min.
4- How do users log in to the KnowBe4 portal to complete their training? Do you use SSO for authentication?
5- What do you do when an employee fails a phishing test? If it happens repeatedly, what actions do you take?

What do you like best about the product?
I am won of the primary people in charge of launching KB4. The entegration with AD and smartgroups made the whole process so much easier. So far this has been a seemless transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the smartgroups are great, I do with there was a way to launch reports and specific trainings purely based on the depertments listed in AD as apposed to havinng to make a smart group for each department first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insuring our employees are aware of the threats that are out there and making steps to prevent any potential threat to take advantage of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools to create phishing simulation are very simple to use, In addiction the training phishing section have very good and extensive content

I don't have dislike points. We don't have problems with the platform.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides an easy-to-use all-in-one solution for IT training
What do you like best about the product?
The offerings from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training are great overall. My organization requires everyone with an IT account (~1900 people) to take monthly microlearning courses (the typical length is ~5 minutes) as well as a longer annual course (~45 minutes). The course content is always general enough to be applicable to our unique IT environment, but specific enough that it provides good, clear, actionable topics for our learners. The learning management system for this training does a good job of tracking assignments and completions. Reminder e-mails are sent to the learners and their managers for any assignments that are overdue. The web site is easy to naviagate for learners, with a simple interface and clear instructions. Once we implemented KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, it does not require much (if any) administrative oversight or maintenance activities. It's integrated with an employee database to take care of adding/removing employees as they join or leave the organization, and otherwise does not really need much else to work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training courses are a bit simplistic, superficial, or silly. But the content is always relevant and engaging - much more so with the videos, quizzes, and scenarios used in the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training courses than with other, more boring formats and techniques that are common in course offerings from other vendors or sometimes developed internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees who still engage with malicious e-mails, phising attempts, etc. and make poor decisions when engaging with content from questionable sources. The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps to create a higher baseline level of sophistication and users of our IT systems and software to reduce the frequency as well as risk of anyone compromising our systems, data, or other IT assets.
