Versatile and effective training
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the training is very easy, and once set up, it can be repeatedly scheduled with only minor changes. The monitoring and post-training reporting features are great. Most importantly, it is very effective in helping our users to recognize phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One size fits all training is always complicated. I know you have advanced extra-cost features that will personalize training to address these concerns, but wish these were included in the base product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced exposure to phishing attacks.
High Praise for KB4
What do you like best about the product?
We use several products at my organization, all have been easy to implement and the learining curve to use them is small. If there are any problems or questions their customer support is fantasic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they have a variety of templates - adding logo's and other pictures sometimes can present a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a fun and entertaining way to deliver training. Due to the training our instances of remediation to phishing emails has decreased
KnowBe4 effectively bridges the gap between end users and Information Security awareness.

One of the notable attributes that I appreciate most about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its commitment to staying current with up-to-date modules and themes that encompass various aspects of Information Security awareness. The expansive library of content available through ModStore significantly enhances the convenience of crafting compelling training programs for our users. The breadth of topics covered ensures comprehensive coverage, and the user-friendly interface facilitates a streamlined experience in preparing and delivering engaging content. Furthermore, the valuable feature allowing the seamless upload of custom content adds an extra layer of flexibility and adaptability to cater to our organization's specific needs, making KnowBe4 an exceptionally practical and versatile platform for enhancing Information Security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I find less favorable in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training pertains to the platform's current limitation in recognizing instances when users do not successfully pass a quiz. The system consistently marks the quiz/module as completed irrespective of the user's performance, which poses a challenge in accurately analyzing and monitoring the training progress. This deficiency hinders our ability to efficiently identify individuals who may need to revisit the quiz for better comprehension or those who might benefit from additional training modules. A more nuanced tracking mechanism for quiz outcomes would enhance the platform's functionality, providing a more robust and effective means of managing and tailoring the training experience for our users.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training addresses crucial business problems by proactively educating employees on Information Security, reducing the risk of security breaches. The platform's diverse content library streamlines training development, ensuring relevance and timeliness. The flexibility to upload custom content aligns training with our organizational needs. Though improvements are possible, KnowBe4 significantly enhances our cybersecurity posture, fostering a vigilant workforce and minimizing the human factor in security vulnerabilities.
Security Awareness that is safe even for newbies
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to follow, easy to understand and the training was very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in time. It was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every member of the organization needs to have at least basic security awareness and training. By having everyone go through the training, the organization as a whole is kept safe from security threats.
This is the 1st organisation that I work with that uses this training.
What do you like best about the product?
Our organisation is very particular about Cyber Security awareness and this is a great platform for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any downsides about this rpoduct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a huge awareness and we keep a tab on training for all our users. Any one clicks on a test link is forced to re train.
Good platform to train our users

ITs easy to follow up performance of each user and program the corresponding trainings

Need more advance info, cibersecurity keeps progressing more with AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide more insight to end user about how easy is to lose security, it is helping us to "raise the flag" on security perspective for all end users.

The way to raise awareness among people on security issues is really simple and accessible to any user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I don't dislike anything, but maybe I would recommend being able to download certain videos to reinforce learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify malicious email and be aware of the risks and avoid incidents.

Nothing! I like everything about KnowBe4. I used it on one of may last jobs.

The training it provides in assisting users with understanding what cyber security is all about.
Solid Security Awareness Program Management
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 security awareness training can be setup well in advance and scheduled for months in advance. The training modules are short, to the point, easy to understand, and memorable to the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training is too cartoonish and not really appropriate for a professional enterprise business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are not cybersecurity aware. The training provide by KnowBe4 has improved our user awareness and overall security posture.
Important info without much intrusions
What do you like best about the product?
Daily emails gave a chunk of digestible information so that they can be well assimilated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many follow ups if an intended action wasn't completed on time.
