Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Before we used KnowBe4 everyone had to sit through hour long powerpoint presentations now we can complete the induction training and annual refreshers on a monthly basis in smaller sections with a more interesting subject matter that seems to resignate with our employees better.
The regular phishing tests has really embeded the need to check all emails prior to opening.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of creating campaigns both in Phishing and Training. The Customer Support is fantastic, they always happy to help and keep you updated. Integtrating with our other security suites makes for easy reporting using their Security Coach product, which gives real time feedback to users on sites they've visited. PhishER is another great part of the offering which allows users to subimt emails for review to check for Phishing / SPAM. I use KnowBe4's dashboard daily to keep updated across thier suite of products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the URLs used by KnowBe4 for phishing links can get flagged by other security systems external to the companies, i.e. Google / Microsoft , however you can adjust the settings to use different domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping solve the problem of lack of education in users around real world security threats. It's training platform can be tailored to an users and match thier prefrered teaching method, i.e., Video or Text.
High quality training content and many feeatures.
What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 plaform has a great, easy to navigate interface and plenty of engaging interactive content. The phishing simulation tool is great to test the preparedness of the staff and there is plenty of detailed reporting. The ability to import policies has been well recieved by other departments outside of IT too to guage knowledge and acceptance of these from staff. Implementation is easy and can be guided by lots of technical support freely available from your account manager and the support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure for smaller business can end up on the high side when going for the top tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4's platform solves critical challenges for us by providing comprehensive cybersecurity training, enhancing our ability to recognize and defend against phishing attacks, and continuously monitoring our team's readiness.

Having to pay for additional content
Unable to edit modules to make it more relevant for organisation

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring staff are up-to-date on current cyber trends and threats - staff are already much more suspicious of emails and are getting better at reporting using the PhishAlert button.

the setup of the phishing e-mails itself is only doable for techncal people.
There could be some more phishing e-mails in the library.

Great Security Awareness training Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to implement. Easy to use, very good content, good reporting, good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For phishing campaigns, you can't use your own images.

It's improving the awareness of users about cyber security and therefore making the company safer.

KnowBe4 Security awareness training has helped us to easily deploy regular cybersecurity training to our users worldwide. With having a global presence, other platforms only having training in English wasn't enough, KnowBe4 covers this.
Extensive tool, but great to setup in your own pace

Always up to date training and great tools to separate users into groups

We are not done fully implementing, but so far we have no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated training and testing of the security awareness of our employees. It is also a great way to distribute our in-company policies accompanied with a training video, why that policy is important
Best in class Security awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
As an organisation, we needed a solution to enhance our security and realised that our biggest risk was our users. We looked into some other platforms but quickly realised that the simplicity and depth of content available on knowbe4 was unsurpassed. Once we signed up and started using the platform, we found it was very easy to create quite intricate training and phishing campaigns. The feedback from everyone who's used the platform has always been positive and we've found that with short monthly training sessions, our users are a lot more aware of the risks out there and it's been great seeing our users reporting on risks and asking questions surrounding security, instead of trying to figure it out on their own.
Because we liked the platform so much, we also signed up for their compliance plus offering to start doing additional 'soft skills' training, and have found a similar attention to detail in the content offered there. We have already recommended KB4 to other companies that we deal with as well and will continue to do so.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything that stands out as a negative. I guess maybe if you were concerned about costs, the pricing might add up, but looking at the costs involved with security breaches, it's an easy sell to upgrade your employees with the knowledge they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to train our employees on security issues and arm themselves with the knowledge to combat emerging threats and think about what they are doing that could lead to data breaches and security issues for the company. We also needed a simulated phishing test provider, and have also recently started using Knowbe4 for compliance training.

the modules are easy to find and to pick. setting up campaigns is very straightforward

I haven't had issues with knowb4. i use the basic package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is allowing us to provider relevant training content for our employees without the headache of having to produce our own training materials.
