KnowBe4, KnowNow & Knowing What's Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its simple but direct approach - no around the corner type of product that ends you hoping for the best. What you see is what you get --- and what you see is THE BEST! KB4 also in the current trend and has the campaign ideas that are reusable in all events. Plus - they have the BEST TEAM of people during implementation period.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any because the Trainings/Campaigns are well thought of --- however, it would be nice if there'll be a development of dynamic Trainings where an object or image interacts when clicked. Something I thought would be fun for the users :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns on cybersecurity protocols & practices, along social media behavior which is very dominant in current organization now. KB4 campaigns on these areas helped a lot to broaden and expand users' security mindset.
Good product for a variety of reasons.
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing test, tracking of training and ability to assign policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email alerts - you basically have to create HTML code to let users know that this is an internal system. i.e. It is way too hard to brand these email messages - KnowBe4 wants my users to know this is from KnowBe4 and not an internal project.
Also, the multi-language option is always available - I have users that speak Italian and Chinese.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, metics, phishing test, mobile version.
Very user friendly.

A lot of useful educational materials. User friendly. Good admin insight.

There is no option to sign documents for end users.

Easy to navigate so I can focus on my org's education
What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail from checklists of things to not forget, to the info buttons you can hover over. This has been super helpful for me to fully understand every aspect of training I am creating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart groups have been challenging. It is very simliar to setting up dynamic distribution groups in Azure, however with azure you can switch to syntax and add more logic. you are very limited to the logic you can build for smart groups.

providing better training and education to the team members in my organization

What do you like best about the product?
I will say that in the year that I have been using Knowbe4's training the options to create groups in the console, to have the availability to set up trainings that will role out at certain times and the ease of use and intergration is wonderful. We have added extra things to this to strngthen our security awarness and it has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 doesn't offer a lot of automation, it can be a very manual platform but that can have it's perks too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved so many user issues for us, our click rate has went down and we have employees that are happy to do trainings. Also as I said before we also implimited some extra incentives for employees.

Randomization of content and delivery time of phishing campaigns and the professionalisom of the training information
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-standard integration of the Phish Alert Button across multiple end user devices (due to challenges put in place by Microsoft).

I have found the well designed and well-presented KnowBe4 training excercises to be very informative, insightful, and helpful. I believe KnowBe4's emphasis on employees being a crucial part of the front line of protection is on target ! I care about the company I work for and want to see it continue to thrive despite the many concerning threats that are out there in today's world. KnowBe4 gives me some significant assurance that - through their training and our vigilance - we can make it through today's cyber minefields ...
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is actually not KnowBe4's doing. When a small percentage of our employees are
slow to embrace the training - it is more on us co-workers and our company leadership to find effective
