Utilized For Every Role in Our Firm
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the content is exceptional. Relevant information that is up-to-date, provided in direct and interesting ways that keep the audience's attention but also make the message memorable. Multiple formats such as long and short videos, clips, quizzes, and media campaigns to utilize inside your offices or on your company intranet are really useful. The best part of the platform is the ability to leverage deployment of trainings in an easy fashion, monitor timeliness of completion, utilize the reports for regulatory audits, as well as gain statistical analysis on both individual employees as well as the firm as whole to identify the quality of cybersecurity awareness for your organization. Also, Board trainings are extremely well-received by my Board of Directors and always result in robust discussion of cybersecurity trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the plot-driven series a great deal but one of the best series has a whole season just more about social media awareness than the variety of areas covered across each of the other seasons' episodes. Because of this, we had to step away from the series and use the catalog of trainings to cover all the areas we typically cover. The plot-driven aspect means that our users will probably not get to enjoy the plot as much if we return to that series after skipping a whole season. I was pretty bummed as a Compliance Officer because the feedback and interest in the series from even the most training-apathetic staff was truly an outlier response to mandatory training I had never seen throughout my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realistic concerns such as Phishing threats (which occur for us daily), clean desk practices (which always seem to require frequent reminders and testing), and getting people to actually pay attention to training material as opposed to playing it and zoning out. It's too engaging to ignore.
One of the best tools for training users on cyber security
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 helps users understand the importance of being vigilant in their quest to be cyber security experts. The regular trainings, phish tests, and more are all important tools that KnowBe4 provides. They also have great support for admins of KnowBe4. I regularly have meetings with our account manager to set up new trainings and go over the fantastic reports created in the system. It was easy to get running and the implementation took no time at all. We've integrated into our processes and it's a regular tool we check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the KnowBe4 console was a bit more intuitive. When adding new trainings, it should display those at the top or have an option to remove trainings that have been done from future mailings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us alleviate the stress of knowing whether or not our employees know what to do when faced with suspicious websites and emails. The regular training ensures they're up-to-date on the latest threats. This benefits us by having a more safe and secure cyber presence.
KnowBe4 - The Best Option for Cyber Education
What do you like best about the product?
I love that our subscription gives us access to tons of courses. The courses are updated regularly and are very relevant to today's issues in cybersecurity. In addition, we have the PhishER service and that's helped tremendously with threats that make their way through our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of product documentation on their site but I think that there could be more live person support if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education is key to comabting cyber threats - while it's not the end all, it helps give people tips and tricks to be aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is most helpful when it comes to having the ability to train each employee on anything, wheather is about security, HR, or even how to perform a job task.
The upsides are you can train every day, once a month, ad-hoc, or once a year. Really any time needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I try to find a dislike on KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, but every time, we can't really find anything wrong with it. At least for now, I have not been in this situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is mostly solving phishing attempts, teaching none IT skilled employees how security work and why the company needs to be protected and they are part of helping protect the company.
An engaging, enterprise class phishing training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 keeps their training library content updated, engaging and relevant for our employees. The library is vast and caters to all levels of employees, from frontline workers to executives. What I like most is that KnowBe4 keeps adding new and updated content to address current risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization options can be improved. I would love to have the ability to add customised questions to fulfill our compliance requirements (like agreeing to our AUP) under the same training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us raise awareness about current cyber security risks, and to train all newly joined employees.
A must have product for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a wide variety of training videos; PhishER allows automated AI to determine if a reported email is harmful, and most importantly, PhishRIP can be used to pull out a harmful email from everyone's inbox in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although KnowBe4 offers a wide variety of training videos, many of them lack the necessary education and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used KnowBe4 training videos to educate end users regarding phishing and social engineering.
This has tremendously reduced the IT department's workload now that users report potentially harmful emails straight to KnowBe4.
It also reduced the number of affected devices and most importantly no successful social engineering since the training.

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT Admin, having a cyber security and awareness platform that imports users as I add them to Active Directory, and does all of the scheduling and communications is very helpful and takes a lot off of my plate
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the trainings seems complex at first. The only other downside is getting over 80% percent of your company to take the initial training. That's completely out of KnowBe4's control and falls on the users to follow through. To combat this, KnowBe4 does a great job at sending out training notifications, and continued reminders for past due trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rolling out annual company wide training as well as conducting phishing campaigns to see our weak points as a company. Being partnered with KnowBe4 makes us more contracually strong in getting work, showing our customers that we take cyber security seriously.

there are some limitations when uploading custom SCORM content, like restrictions on file size and quiz word count.

Great Training Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, The phishing test are great. Customer support was quick to assist and help wa.k you through the initial setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Which some of the videos wearnt so corny, not sure how you could fix that considering most training videos are. Needs more fun games.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have alot of users who are not fully familiar with the dangers of the internet. This helped us get the word out and establish a training package.
KnowBe4 is our go-to for security awareness training for our staff
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been in the training industry for the longest time and has the most intensive knowledge of the primary security concerns. Implementation took minutes and it is very easy for staff to follow. Customer Service is always there to assist when we need a particular integration implementation. Our staff is required to take a monthly trainnig or phishing campaign test.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that KnowBe4's platform had better features for customer created training content so that we can put all of our training materials on one platform.
