KnowBe4 cyber training and policies made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Policy management is very helpful. I can load in policies and create trainings based off them to track that people are signing off on them. With the new AI additions, you can add questions or quizzes to the policy to make sure people are reading through the policy and not just hitting accept. The Phishing Alert Button is still the most helpful piece of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a little more hand on and make sure that trainings are better coordinated for users especially suggestions for people who constantly fail campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better ways to train staff on cyber secuirty

that the training offerings are based on supscription tier. It would be great if each tier gave you access to all courses and mod store content.

there are a lot of theoretical videos and the questions are very common, maybe for users with little knowledge this can be difficult to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up campaigns with automation built in is a time saver. The PhishER feature of analyzing reported emails also is a huge benefit to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding users to existing and active campaigns tend to not auto notify those users of enrollment. They normally don't get a notification until a day later when the reminder notification activates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the security awareness training, our users know to report any suspicious emails using the Phish Alert button, and anyone that fails a phish test will be enrolled into some training to help them identify potential threats in the future.

Often my employess come back and let me know that learned something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the training should be every sox months oppsed to once a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve the isssue of employyee saying they were not aware.
A Wonderful Security Awareness Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the automation of security awareness training and simulated phishing tests. The training modules are also very good and informative. I also use PhishER to automate and respond to employee reported phishing emails. This frees up time for me and my team. PhishER is a very powerful and helpful tool. I run monthly phishing simulations and it keeps our employees' skills sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about KnowBe4 is the reporting. Reporting has gotten much better over the last few years but can be hard to run the correct specific reports. I think this will improve over the next few years as they have already made very good progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees trained and know how to spot a phishing email. We also use the PhishAlert Icon and PhishER to report and automate phishing responses.
KnowBe4 is world class
What do you like best about the product?
Even the basic subscription is great, but there are so many additional features. The support is outstanding; they walk you through every step of implementation and it integrated seemlessly. We use every feature regularly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The product is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased KB4 SA mainly for email security, however we found that, because there are so many features, we've expanded this into many other areas. We've experienced a marked improvement in emplyee behavior and knowledge.
A vast library to meet our CyberSecurity Needs!
What do you like best about the product?
They had an enormous library to choose from - this really allowed us to filter down and choose exactly what would meet our CyberSecurity training needs - both for initial hires and our annual follow-up reviews!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing from my standpoint! It is easy to use and implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all our endusers are aware of the potential CyberSecurity pitfalls, but also how to avoid them. When we run our random phishing test, VERY few participants failed!
I highly recommend KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The training is kept current and relevant. Additionally, the training is interesting to watch keeping the trainees engaged. Implementation of training campaigns is really quite easy. I also appreciate the ongoing support I receive from my client representative. KnowBe4 also makes it easy to train my directors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle when assigning courses knowing what individual courses are wrapped up into one comprehensive course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the requirements to provide my staff and directors ongoing and annual security training. Having KnowBe4 as a tool frees me up from needing to create this trianing myself.

Easy to create training schedules for all or for groups with a large library of available training or create your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if we could more easily report on training completion by group
