Experiences with the KnowBe4 platform
What do you like best about the product?
Training is highly customizable for admins and users. Different notification types and recipients can be configured as much as necessary, many pre-built trainings are available for every domain of security, and users very rarely report issues with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add individual users to a campaign rather than only groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows streamlining of training campaigns and timelines with controls of starting and ending date, plus user re-notification.
Premade trainings save significant time as opposed to developing them in-house.

KnowBe4 Provides Infotainment
What do you like best about the product?
The Security Awareness Training from KnowBe4 is not dull or boring and present material in a way that users can understand. KnowBe4 even has a couple of different "series" that are really well done. "The Inside Man" is one of our staffs' favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content does not get updated quite as much as I would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training provides our staff with micro-training and is improving their knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity and the daily risks they face.
One of the best platforms for providing security awareness training our users.
What do you like best about the product?
Programming/scheduling monlthy security awareness training modules for users. Costomer success managers reach out to help guide with programming training. The Phish Alert Button is a plus. Lots of content modules to choose from. Reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some minor UI changes to make navigation and moudule selection a bit easier. For example multi selection in adding modules from the Modstore, no Dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users to be more coustious regarding online activity. Keeping users up to date on the current threat landscape. Moreover, making users aware that security is not just an IT responsibiity.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to setup groups and trainings as needed has helped us a lot with our SOC 2 audits and also keeping people safe at work and home.
I highly recommend looking at branding your training and working with support to utilize everything your wanting to implement to you team as a whole.
We are using the weekly Phishing test to easily push out reminders to eveyone's gmail on what they need to be looking for.
Using PhishER Plus' integration also help create trainings from reported emails so that we can judge rather or not other folks are more suseptiable to attack rather than just thinking the one reporter's behaviour is the same through out the company.

I would love to see the ability to also test Spam mail vs just phishing because a lot of spam gets reported that way and I think its people playing it too safe vs actually following guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with easy passwords or reused passwords especially after the LastPass break-in.
We were able to move everyone to a different Password Platform and then also push out training on why its important to keep passwords rotated and we are also utlizing the clicker training regularly.

A real success story.
What do you like best about the product?
. This is a great and effective program with real results. Tons of training resources and regular phish tests, keep your employees educated and informed. The metrics help you determine who are your highest users. Easy to roll out to users. Customer support and Customer success are helpful. We love that we can completely random, weekly tests on all our staff so they don't get the same test as other users. We integrate with MS 365 and have deployed the Phish Alert button to all Outlook interfaces - desktop, mobile and OWA. Our staff use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is sometimes a little clunky and not as well thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing is the number-one vector that precipitates a cyber breach. Training has helped our staff become more critical of incoming email and built up a welcome amount of paranoia to keep them from blindly clicking links. Knowing who our most vulnerable staff are, helps us focus on getting them properly educated and protects us from additional risk.

Very easy to create and keep track of training campaigns.

Unable to synchrnize directly with O365 tenant to keep updates of new or deleted users.

Great way to train and bring awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it so easy to train your staff almost effortlessly. It has dramatically changed the way our staff handles emails. We were at over 40% click rate on bad emails when we ran our first campaign. Now we are at 3%, which is amazing. In one year it made that big of a difference. The implementation was very easy and customer support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using a platform that actively engages your staff in an activity that promotes security awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It teaches our staff to really pay attention to emails and not freely give out information.
Excellent platform for security awareness training, growing in compliance training.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security awareness training is fairly easy to setup campaigns and notifications. There is a large catalog of training modules based on topics. It's easy to use for endusers and phishing training is done very well, especially the AI driven tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you've been using KnowBe4 for a number of years, you start to run low on training materials over time as only certain trainings are updated annually. I wish we had the ability to update/edit campaigns after launch.

Our quarterly and annual security awareness training for compliance.
Starting to be dated in training methods and material
What do you like best about the product?
easy to set up campaigns. It's pretty reliable in sending out training emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training material and method seem dated. They don't align well with the categories for the SAPA.

requirement to have training. Users generally complete their assigned training.

100000% Phishing. In today's world, phishing has gotten out of hand and more users need to be educated on its problems.
