Excellent product - easy to use and configure
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers remarkable power for its price point. Its training capabilities are impressive, and the reports it generates are highly useful. The Smartgroup feature stands out as a potent tool that aids organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some fine tuning on some items especially in the training section but requests for improvements are often taken into account and modifications come quick.

Actually, nothing. trainings and the follow up emails are very good designed.

Best intuitive tool for both Phishing and Security Awareness training with actionable reports..
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out weeks or even months of training allow you to automate a majority of your work so you can simply sit back and generate reports to see where you need to spend your attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a steep learning curve initially as it is a very dense, feature rich program but KnowBe4 assigns an agent to work with you one on one and guide you through the whole process. The fact that they recently cut back on employees reduces the time spent together with your agent immensely. A bot or a webpage is not going to replace the one on one that got me over the hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've set up automatic bi-weekly "scam of the week" emails that have been a big hit. People are sharing them with friends and on social media as they're both informative and easily understood.

What do you like best about the product?
We found the amount and the refresh rate of the content in the Knowb4 library to be the best available.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will need an IT administrator to help set up the access for the Knowb4 test and tools to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and remediation are the biggest benefits for us. We are using the content in our regular training sessions and to remediate issues for users when needed
Set it and forget it type of product
What do you like best about the product?
Once the inital platform has been configured it's very hands-off for day-to-day management. Support was very helpful in the initial configuration and ensuring that our team configured the product to scale for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
For organizations who don't dive in and utilize all the training vidoes the cost feels high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization targets training centered around phishing attempts. We utilize monthly email campaigns, half-yearly training campaigns, and remedial training for any users who fail the targeted phishing attempts.
Very user Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The training is up to date, direct to the subject matter. Short and concise training. IT can send trainings out, send out the spam test emails, and follow up with additional training. Customer support is AWESOME, they walk you through the entire process, as many times as needed. We use it monthly to test our users for spam. Super easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time for IT to learn how to use it. Time is limited. It is easy to integrate to any network. It Just has to take the time to learn how to use it.

It is making our users aware of the risks that are out in the world. How to avoid them, how to make sure our users stay safe in the cyber world
Poor experience, platform doesn't connect to essential security services for automated reporting

KB4 includes basic security traininig vids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't connect to common and essential security services for automated reporting. This is very dissapointing, since automating onboarding and security training is essential to this type of platform. KB4's lack of integration with compliance tracking means that I have to manually check each week which employees have followed through on their mandatory training and then manually update that information in the compliance software. Isn't that the point of this platform? I've escalated that through support and to the highest levels of KB4 and it has been disregarded. My only recourse is to find a new provider.

Reports are not easy to customize to great details.

Full compliance with requlatory requirements of users continues training and testing

What do you like best about the product?
It''s easy to use. Just set it up and pretty much let it do it's thing. Easy to navigate the admin portal as well. Love the Phish Alert Button!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to think of at the moment. We've had a few feature requests but nothing that is a showstopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the phishing campaigns which has really buttoned up our employee awareness. We went from a baseline of 40% and now hovering close to the industry address of 5.5%
