Knowbe4 is great
What do you like best about the product?
The training is easy to follow and intuitive to use when setting up. Real life examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
When supporting a lot of companies as an MSP it can be time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep the humans updated
A security awareness platform that actually works. And well!
What do you like best about the product?
Threats change and adapt far too often. KB4 knows this and adapts their training to meet the current threats. AIDA in particular helps quickly adapt to the evolving threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports could use some improvements, but it appears these are in the works. Looking forward to the next iteration

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has always been amazing at providing products that really hold their value. When it comes to training users, there's no second guess on what we will continue to keep around. The ease of use for our admins and users is beneficial in driving metrics up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say what I dislike, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For new users that may be starting off their first role in their careers, we are showing them the reality of what goes on in our world and how we are always being targeted, but how we can play our part in the prevention of it.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 will improve your security posture and check your compliance boxes. It is easy to target departments and other groups in your org for specialized training, The phish testing can help identify your most vulnerable users and tailor trainings to improve their ability to identify naughty messges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a bit clunky to navigate. Creating new training campaigns can be time consuming. Searching for new training modules could be improved a lot. Knowing which training modules have been used previously is hard to identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is solving a compliance requirement for us along with educating our users. As a HIPAA regulated org, KMSAT checks the necessary box and improves our overall security strategy.
A Great Platform for Training Users
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use , along with the robust offering of training materials for users in all departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is somewhat cumbersome from a reporting perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to train users on a monthly basis on threats and issues that affect our organization. We can use this as a tool to drive awareness and have users look for common threats that they mnay come across in their day-to-day work.

Easy to use. Quick videos for reminders.

Dont really care for the series....like the popcorn videos

Red flags are my primary focus....good popcorn videos covering this

relevance of content to the workplace along with diversity.

Customizability of content to better fit my environment

Getting my users up to date with current security practices and methods to help protect them.
I find the content great. The CSM's are awesome as well.

I like the ease of which to set it up. The training is easy for my staff to complete, but it is relevent.

I can't think of anything other than I wish hthere was a better way to hold people accountable for not doing their training.

I think that the training is opening the eyes of my company. Users are beng more cautios and it has helped us identify issues as well as avoid problems.
Good product
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a vast array of training topics, and have themed modules. I like that there are multiple training choices for most topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current admin intrrface is a little clunky and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently focusing on phishing and BEC very heavily. KnowBe4 helps us train users in what to look for within emails to not only protect themselves, but also our organization.
Best solution for Security Awareness Training and Simulated Phish Testing
What do you like best about the product?
As a reseller, integrator, and actual end user of the KnowBe4 solution, we are pleased with the solution's features, capabilities, and more. There are many other solutions on the market, but they're all apples to KnowBe4's orange. KnowBe4 wins in all categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. The only dislike would be not having enough time to experience every single piece of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit is the continuous building of the Human Firewall. Users are much more aware of the click-roundings...
