Great tool to improve security awareness!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of set up and the volume of training materials is really helpful. Delivery and follow up automation helps reduce the time I need to spend on training while increasing security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are more deficult to navigate. For example, creating new notification templates. When I want a new template that is similar to an existing one, it would be great if I could just create a clone or copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to reducing risk by training staff to recognize phishing emails, being able to deliver a variety of training to meet changing compliance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's managed from the portal and everything is self-contained there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to include my own quiz material without having to be a SCORM expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular security awareness training and monitoring of those participating.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up phishing and training campaignsm
What do you dislike about the product?
User management is based on a unique username and not a SID. Causes issues with new onboarding staff receiving old training information for an exited employee with same user names. The reporting schedules lacks subject line configuration and attaching the reports to the email notifications. Working with the API to accomplish this instead is tedious.

My management not understanding that we need to move faster on this matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making users realize that even though they think they know how not to get phished, they actually are far from knowing what hishing means. It's not just the rich african prince email anymore.

Need more templates and landing pages. Many of your templates are outdated.

The training content is superb, but there is room for improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, Web design and uniformiry, ADI and SCIM should be easier to implement, development team is slower than most, customer support is limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Training videos, security assessments, phishing tests/games.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give the person taking the assessment their score/results. They have to inquire with the local admin that created the SAPA for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing ransomware and malware launches.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart Group functionality
The Support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The lack of visability to the question pool for the assessments.

It makes it hard to answer support questions. Last support question on the assessment, I had to take the assessment 5 times to get the exact question and applicable answers to fully respond to the users question.

It also makes it hard no being able to answer question from users when we have no idea as an Admin or the CyberSecurity team what the answers are from KnowBe4, especially where they might conflict with our companies security policies. Thus we'd be giving our employees an incorrect response.

2. Reports that are not flatted by employee for all training. E.g. One row per employee, now I have to do a ton of v-lookups to flatten out the data per employee for reporting and metrics to get a full picture/metrics. We consider the assessment and associated auto enrolled training as one training assignment, where they are link together via Smart Groups.

3. The ability to show training status by Manager, assign or remove by manager.

4. The lack of creating a managment hierarchy ability in the platform. Many upper level managers want reporting for their entire org, not just their high level direct reports.

5. The ability to configure the manager dashboard and/or widgets, especially around PhishAlert, which we currently do not use. The ability to select a date range or other type filtering.

6. The ability to set sort order, column order on report displaying and downloading. I use this data to upload to PowerBI for reporting and I have to reconfigure that data output every time I have to refresh the data.

7. Search data saved in groups, training, etc so that when you go back to the original page, you do not have to search all over again every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings focus on real world scenarios employees might encounter. The modules are interactive and there is a massive library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Some users don't like the longer trainings but I don't mind them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are tackling the issue of phishing attacks. When employees are more aware, they aren't clicking on everything they see. This protects the company data, financial information, and passwords

What do you like best about the product?
The training courses give a good overview of the potential threats that come from a variety of sources such as e-mail, texting, and web habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses do seem to be repetitive from year to year. They are updated to an extent, but sometimes you feel that it's the same thing over and over again without much variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been ransomed in the past and believe that it was caused by someone clicking on a bad e-mail. KB4 brings awareness for better personal habits regarding unsolicited e-mails and web browsing.
