Let's me sleep at night
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 hits that person issue that no technology can address.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing it works as advertised and support is amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 teaches my staff in a friendly no-nonsense method that is easily adopted by staff. Staff appreciates learning about security because it not only assists them (and me) in the office but really shows the value at home where they may not have all the tools that we provide here at the office.
Most comprehensive, easiest to use Security Awareness Training platform available
What do you like best about the product?
My company, GO Network Solutions is a Cloud Strategy consulting firm. We have been using and selling the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform for several months. We demo'd several other well-known training programs and after thorough testing of portals, using the training and phishing simulation, tracking results and more, we have all agreed the KnowBe4 platform is the most comprehensive (most options for Phishing, Training) and easiest to use of those we demo'd.
Depending on the type and size of your organization and your specific needs, they have varying levels of the their Service available.
We offer KnowBe4 Training as a fully-managed solution to our Clients. We set up their custom portal, we conduct the baseline phishing test, manage Training Campaigns and present Reports. We keep them informed of the success of their Security Awareness Training program by continually updating the reduction in percentage of 'clickers' as we continue to conduct simulated Phishing emails and ongoing training.
Their back office Support team is also outstanding. We have

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a whole lot to dislike about KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training platform. The only thing I have been recently asked about is, a prospect asked me if they could pay for the service as a Monthly Subscription as opposed to paying in full upfront. I have not had the opportunity to share this request with the KnowBe4 team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our Clients significantly improve their security-related risk posture by delivering a comprehensive, affordable Security Awareness Training program from KnowBe4. Our average Client starts with a Baseline Percentage of Phish-prone employees of over 25%. Within the first 90-120 days this number is generally cut in half and continues to go down as we continue to perform simulated Phishing tests and conduct on-going training sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We do our homework for our Clients and have seen various other training/phishing platforms. We found the KnowBe4 platform to be the most comprehensive, easiest to use and it offers the most "bang for your buck"!
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
In today's times it is best to test your team to make sure they are properly trained to not click on dangerous links and attachments. Knowbe4 does a great job in providing a system to track clicks and educate the users without damage to your systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any specific items which I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing before someone clicks on a dangerous link and education of users.
