Good easy training
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set it up in advance and not have to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more short trainings for people that related to phishing emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making employees much more aware of what they are opening. No one wants to be on the clicker list.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup campaigns that dynamically update with current information, as well active directory integration. Good training content. Love the customer support, as they proactively reach out often giving recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a better way to organize/tag selected Training modules. Once selected in Modstore, the list gets big and it is difficult to know which modules to select when creating campaigns.

Great Program! Easy to automate!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is super easy to automate and the phishing email templates are great. I can send out a collection of the best templates and really test out my coworker's knowledge of phishing emails. It has helped them to be more cautious about what they're doing every day when they're opening emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can complain about at all is some of the training sessions. Some of them get a little repetitive and I wish there were more updated versions of them sometimes. They still come out pretty frequently so I can't complain too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, some of our salesmen or our other corporate positions have been compromised. We never ran into a ransomware attack but there were times when an email would be compromised, and that email would send out another compromising email to all of that persons contacts. Since we have started the program, our employees are way more cautious about opening sketchy emails and a lot of them will double check with me first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the demo first and if you like it, use it! It's great!
Excellent Service - More than I Expected
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support getting started and good content. Their support staff has been completely helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. Would be nice if I could assign a whole season of something like Inside Man instead of having to assign every episode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General security awareness for our office. Staff certainly is much more careful about phishing emails after the phishing training and simulations.
Fills a very nice void - especially for a smaller organization
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small- to medium-sized business (about 60 people) with a small IT staff. It would be a real challenge for the IT staff to produce quality, timely cyber-security training for our team - and do it on a recurring basis. KnowBe4 does this for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training sessions are a little goofy. The "game" one was not well received. I recommend that you, as the "IT pro" go through each of the sessions before selecting them to assign to your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now say that we have a cyber-security awareness and education program. We can also say that we do regular phishing testing. I can also look at the dashboard and see how my company's trendline is moving - is our team getting better at properly handling security risks?

Definitely a good choice for us.
User awareness is an important aspect of any security program.
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing simulations are probably the most helpful tool, at least for our organization. Being able to show examples of benign "malicious" emails has helped users spot real phishing attempts much more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, we have our users tell us that the trainings can be just a bit dull. But, they also don't like having to sit through any kind of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first started with Knowbe4, I did a baseline phishing simulation. Our click through rate was >20%. After trainings and simulations, that dropped, and is consistently <5%. I'd say that's a huge improvement, and definitely worth the cost of the subscription.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have seen a dramatic decrease in the rates that users fall for phishing schemes. In my opinion, user awareness is one of the most important aspects of any security program. I would highly recommend this service.

Having the module to track employee training and be able to print this for exams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to assign training as easily to board members if they don’t have an email address that has been added as a verified domain.

Great Support, Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the responsiveness of the Support team.
I recently took over the IT manager position and they went through the initial set up again with me as if I were a new customer. That allowed me to quickly get a handle on how it works and how to set up phishing campaigns. The phish alert button integrated in outlook saves me a lot of headaches. Users just click it and I can review it instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing but I am only a few months into using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users were clicking on emails that looked legitimate but were scams.
Since we began using KnowBe4 the rate of that happening has dropped significantly. It has helped train them in what to look for and if they are unsure they just click the phish button.

Great tool to help end users
What do you like best about the product?
I like the huge selection of ever-changing test phishing templates. They're always changing to reflect current real world threats and events to help end users get a realization of what to look out for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had tried the vishing tests at one point and they were so recorded/fake that it felt a bit obvious to me; I did however get a couple users to enter private information, so maybe it worked just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed the vast majority of my end users are now VERY aware of attempted phishing emails and when our spam filter doesn't catch them, my end users typically do, or at least they come to me to question it which is exactly what my goal is.
Great customer training and support
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager was a great guide in understanding what our business needed and helping us to get set up and running. The graphs and interfaces are easy to understand and provide useful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see PhishER integrated with the KnowBe4 dashboard. I'd love to be able to view all that information in a single pane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The combination of the Security Awareness training and Phish Alert button in Outlook has greatly improved both our users awareness and reporting of potential threats. KnowBe4 also provides easy to read reports that I can provide to our President, board members, and auditors to show our training and progress.
