What do you like best about the product?
Their support representatives are extremely helpful and their dashboard is easy to access and use. The training provided is very insightful and there are many different modules for many different use cases. Overall, the service is great for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, their phishing emails are a bit easy for our employees to spot, even with the highest two difficulties selected for our monthly emails. This doesn't make the service any worse though, as many of the real phishing emails received at our company very closely match the fake ones KnowBe4 sends to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've started to realize that our employees are a lot more security-focused when it comes to their email, and they come to our IT department much more frequently with emails that seem fishy to them.

A great way to improve your human firewall!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and setup, plus the options are incredible. I also really like the training modules and how easy they are to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trains are bit long winded, but with the other choices you can over look those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of users who are not computer "smart" and will click on anything. This program helps train and guide them to help protect our environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Super easy to use and the cost savings if it helps avoid a malicious attack is incredible!

They make it so easy

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part are all the phishing email templates. Most are great right out of the box although I occasionally tweak one or two to make it more relevant to what's going on in my company. The training modules are the bomb, too. Since we've started using their service, the failure rate on my phishing tests has reduced dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of modifying an existing template and saving it to an area where you can utilize it is a bit clunky, but it's just a minor annoyance and once you've done it one or two times it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. People blindly clicking on everything that comes into their inbox.
2. We've created an environment where our end users have a healthy amount of paranoia. They know enough to seek out the red flags on anything that pops into their inboxc that they're not expecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To be honestr, this is the only company I have used for security training, but I couldn't think of anything a competitor could offer to make me switch.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything was very easy to set up and that it automatically runs through campaigns and training.

I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are teaching our users to always think before clicking or replying. We've been reducing the amount of fraud attacks our company has been vulnerable to.

Great tool to train employees

What do you like best about the product?
Simple dashboards and automating makes administration a breeze. It is also helpful someone walks you though the initial setup. Now we are able to set up phishing campaigns to automatically email our users and test them on their awareness of phishing. One of the best parts is the training content provided by KnowBe4. We can select from a ton of different training materials to send our users. These short trainings help them improve their knowledge of phishing and what to look for in emails to identify potential phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our first phishing campaign we noticed some users were being logged as they clicked on the phishing link in the email and some were not. This essentially made our data useless as it was inaccurate. We identified the problem as our AV was blocking some of the links in email. KnowBe4 has many different phishing links available to send in your emails so once we identified the one being blocked we just switch phish links and it started working great.

Setup has many options which can be good and bad but someone from KnowBe4 help walk us through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to randomly test our users by sending basic and complex phishing emails to them. This keeps them on their toes when it comes to phishing emails. We are able to focus on other things while KnowBe4 keeps us up to date and trained on phishing. They also have a nice feature using a USB stick. You can track users who plug it in and open files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to get more up to date on phishing emails and a way to train your employees this is it. Their support is great so if you have any questions they should be able to help.

Great security training portal

What do you like best about the product?
The security awareness training content is very robust and rich. Our users are the weakest link when it comes to cybersecurity. Each year, we provide mandatory security training for all employees using KNOWBE4, and have received great positive feedback. The short duration trainings are tailored to develop the competencies of our users as it relates to social engineering, spear phishing, ransomware attacks and in general best practice for identifying security tactics deployed by hackers or intruders while they carry out their day to day tasks. The portal also offers tools that can be deployed to capture users that are prone to some of these security threats, which helps the IT department to better manage and secure our network and also provide more training for such users. Our users are now able to identify and report suspicious emails, text and calls when they receive it. We are better secured than we were before signing up with KNOWBE4 and also continue to pass audit compliance for cyber security awareness. We have seen ROI and will continue to use KNOWBE4 for our security training programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any downsides to using KNOWBE4 for the organization's security awareness training, but instead have benefited more.

Stop it before it is too late

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options and how much you can detail. And on top of it there is an option to get all users trained and when you get HR involved you can make it mandatory. After the first round of tests with all the users we had a failing rate of 68%. Yes 68%.... that is when you have those clickers in the company who don't care. We did a second round to figure out if it was a fluke and had 56% fail........ After a mandatory training with HR involved everyone started to understand and we went down to 16%. What was in my eyes still too much. Did more individual training and then did another test and went down to 7%..... we are striving for the 0%.... but that will never happen I think......
What do you dislike about the product?
The report are a huge and sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for. If there was a menu option to go directly to what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of the standard clickers. The people who click on everything what comes in front of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have those random clickers in your organization and you are constantly fighting with spam/virus or phishing data then it is time to train your company. It is remarkable to see what kind of improvement you will get after the first round of test and creating a custom training towards it.
And if you feel that there is still certain people that don't get it you can do some personal training.
Get the product. It really works.

A must have for any serious company.

What do you like best about the product?
The courses are very complete, the series are pretty entertaining and educational. Some game are also fun to try. But must of all, we can take the training at our own pace. Also, it has help us to improve our security awareness. I see it at the phishing tests. Also, phishing tests are amazing. Even myself have failed a couple of times, but most of my users have passed with no issues. And those who didn't pass, now are more aware. They tend to ask before they click, so I can see the improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses/series, especially the newest ones, are not translated to Spanish, so I cannot provide them to all my users. Even some of my users are Japanese natives, so it is kind of hard to find the material in their own language. So I would recommend to update the translation to all the material sooner. Also, I would add new games. Probably I would add a service to periodically send a message to the users so they remember the basic point to keep in mind all the time. It's pretty easy for them to forget for a minute that they should be always alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to provide formal security awareness training for my users. We used to provide a very formal training (usually 1-2 sessions per year) but it was too much formal, so my users got bored. Also, it was a mission impossible to gather all the users at one time. So, the main benefit was to provide a formal but also a fun training that my users could take it at their own rhythm. That allow us to provide the training to all the users without a excuse.

Easy to Use and Comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal is well laid out and it's very quick and easy to get a training/phishing campaign up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more diverse training content at the paid subscription level. Having to pay for additional content doesn't sit well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a massive problem solver. Gaining visibility into our user base and organization has been crucial for decision making.

I cant think of anything I dislike at the moment.

We have a lot of phishing emails and KnowBe4 has really helped our staff stay on top of them and not clicking on them.
