Automation and integration with our SSO makes management super easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate the entire process from user account management via SSO integration to setting up testing and auto configuring training assignements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can specifically point to - like it all very much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness of what a phish email looks like. Also, frequent testing helps keep our users alert to messages that get past our email firewalls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it - it makes like easier!

Does simulated Phish testing and user analysis very well

What do you like best about the product?
Automated campaigns with remedial training have proven very helpful. The Phish Alert button has also proven very helpful in improving user phish submission.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content isn't as customizable as I would like to see. Even with the Platinum subscription content seems somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is increasing its security posture with ever-evolving phishing and social engineering threats.

Great Software for Training Users on Security

What do you like best about the product?
This software is so easy to use; it integrates with Active Directory and emails users when they need to take training. We get really good management reports. We've set up new hire workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything, the software works well, it is easy for users to go through their training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users to watch out for suspicious emails, not to click on links. Not only does it help the employees at work, but it also helps them with their home computers/emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is a great software to keep users informed of security issues. Be sure to notify your users in advance of implementing the product.

What do you like best about the product?
All the different content you can use for phishing simulations. They also allow brand name content to be used. Very easy to customize anything (phishing emails, landing pages, education pages).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit the assessments you can give for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users about phishing without them putting the company at risk. We have more users than we thought who are wiling to give up their credentials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the demo and highly recommend getting PhishER with it.

What do you like best about the product?
It was not particularly time consuming, but I also didn't learn anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are not professional. Doesn't this company have a logo or something they can use on Gmail? I reported one of their emails to my supervisor because it was suspicious, and then got an email from "knowbe4" about having failed a phishing test. This was not an acceptable use of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did not solve any problems or create any particular benefit. It did create some problems for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Explaining in brief about security and its disadvantage is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but a suggestion to make UI more friendly while showing interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No spam emails saving time and peace for self and my company.

For those who are looking for security and awareness training I would suggest KnowBe4 is Best to learn and increase your knowledge to safe guard yourself and your companies data.

What do you like best about the product?
Our users click on far fewer phishing emails compared to the first few times that we tested them. Dramatically reduced the number of fake emails that our staff actually replied to or gave up personal info to. We try to find a balance between diligence and annoying our staff. You can use cookie cutter training campaigns or customize them for your environment. They have short optional remedial video training, also.

Active Directory integration was simple to implement. Was obviously a necessary component.

We haven't had the time to roll out the phishing report button yet, but plan to in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a legit complaint, but the support works very hard to remind you to test users regularly.

Users occasionally complain, but usually the embarrassment of failing the training emails keeps those complaints to a minimum.

A complete tool for user awareness training

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and it provided complete solution from testing to follow-up trainings. You can use each module individually or link them together as a program.

The ability to integrate to AD allows easy grouping to user by department, location, functions, or any custom data field. Contents gets regular updates, you will always find new template and training modules. You can run test daily, weekly, monthly to the whole enterprise or to selected group. And you can create targeted training for user who failed or a training for everyone.

Their support and account manager always available for help with the solution or if you need new ideas for the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really nothing to dislike about the solution. Many other solutions doesn't cover the wide ranges of the campaign capabilities. I would say an area of improvement is reporting capability, the data is there but a more robust reporting dashboard maybe helpful. Currently I have to download the data into csv and using spreadsheet and presentation slides to complete the report for the management teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular security awareness training, with history and record to follow-up. And a training module to pair up with the campaigns.

Most of the solution would only provide campaigns or training, Knowbe4 has all. In additional it can be set for user grouping which very helpful when sending out targeted campaigns with matching contents for users role and function.

Understand what your needs are as a whole program and the contents available.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and to create the phishing and training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I can't download the videos. In the instructions said we can download the videos, but I don't see the option. I don't know if it's something in the role that I have assign but I'm the account admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All employees have improved in the way they can detect phishing. Previously in a test, they failed more than 50%, now only less than 8% fail a campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a tool that really works to keep employees alert and able to correctly detect phishing in order to avoid information theft or fines to the company.

Gets the job done with really neat features

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is great at Phish Training and the password strength and repeat checker (I forgot what they call it) is really helpful for making sure our employees are correctly rotating their passwords. It's incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of things you can do with KnowBe4, but it often only gets used for the most simple tasks - shorting us out on getting the best ROI potential. This isn't necessarily KnowBe4's fault, but when we talk about security KnowBe4 is one of the last things we mention. Other tools we have are more important and do more than KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within our organization, we use KnowBe4 for phish training and ensuring that our employees are staying compliant with our password policies. I'm sure there are a few other things we use it for, but those are the main features we use. We've been able to find our most vulnerable employees who are susceptible to clicking links or reusing known passwords and help train them to avoid those pitfalls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is great, but it's easy to forget you have it. It's only as good as long as you use it. Make sure you remind yourself to do a phishing campaign or other security checks, otherwise it doesn't do much for you.
