KnowBe4 training
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the platform and interactive video training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to switch over to safari as one training, in particular, would not load in google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We go through legal training as well as harassment training on KnowBe4.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, implementation, and maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much actually. There had been some features that I'd thought were obvious, but since having raised those with our KB4 Rep., we've since seen those features implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff had limited exposure to Security CBT. The distribution of KnowBe4 to our Teams has seen an increase in observation & reporting relative to Security in most people's day-to-day operations.
Great software for security trainings
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a security training and the simple view for the users

The UI sometimes look a bit outdated, not a big deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training employees across our global offices on important topics such as phishing, or specifically phishing around the shopping holidays
Invaluable tool to educate the importance of Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
My company is required by Texas State law that every employee must take and pass Cybersecurity Awareness Training. Knowbe4 not only provides this specific training, but also allows me to create a group that auto-enrolls new employees into this training. Utilizing this tool streamlines the process and allows keeping track of employee progress and reporting straightforward. The same can be said for when we send out monthly Phishing Campaigns. Anyone who fails the test can be automatically assigned a training class. Additionally, once they take and pass the course, they can be automatically removed from the "clickers" group. This information helps us keep track of repeated violators and shows us who needs more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that whenever someone experiences issues getting their KnowBe4 account registered, they sometimes get locked out. We cannot unlock this account quickly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the significant issues we previously had was that employees did not see the red flags that often come with Phishing emails. Often employees would open any email they received regardless of whether or not they recognized the sender. They did not pick up on misspelled words, completely incorrect email addresses, or catch the typical jargon used by scammers. With access to training videos, games, and reading material allow us to arm our employees with the tools to avoid these emails, see the red flags, and contact the IT Department immediately upon receiving any suspicious emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no better tool in the industry that allows you to better arm your employees with the tools to combat Malware.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The training is available in many options. There are videos, brochures, posters, webinars, and other tools. The resources provided for free are enough to better educate members of any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real cons that I can think of. The company provides awesome tools and resources for anyone that signs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating co-workers and others about social engineering is a big plus. Watching the series "The Inside Man" and participating in security meetings has increased our overall awareness.
Enhance Anti-Phishing posture
What do you like best about the product?
A very insightful tool that helps us to visualize how our users deal with a suspicious email. We like that it's also a very customizable tool, which allows us to increase the interaction with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
More webinars or longer videos with more details will be helpful since documentation sometimes doesn't seem to be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate more interaction with our users, providing a complete visualization of our current posture against phishing threats.

Deep dive into the official documentation for better understanding, and execute a pilot with some test users.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has a broad selection of content to choose from. They cover various topics and in numerous methods as well, given its a video, series, interactive games, or even brochures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing to dislike in KnowBe4. We love everything they offer and everything they stand for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the part of making sure our users are security-trained and prepared for incoming threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow their ASAP guide; it is truly amazing. I would also highly advise you to work with your marketing team to prepare for this together as it will increase your employees' engagement dramatically.
Leading edge phishing simulation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 is constantly providing new and in the wild phishing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize the platform to train our users on phishing and to test them with monthly simulations. Knowbe4 has improved our overall security awareness and has made our users more vigilant for phishing attacks.

KnowBe4 is excellent awareness training! It is very informative and very current information. It kept me intrigued the entire training.

I did not dislike anything. I have nothing negative to say.
