Easy to Use Training Software
What do you like best about the product?
The graphics and interface are easy to understand and follow. This training software is easy for staff to understand and it does all of the work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login process can be tricky if you don't explain well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out trainings for the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure staff are all aware of changes to governmental policies.

simple and clear training to make it easy to complete compliance trainings such as anti-bribery, security and more

some of the skits on the training can be a little cheesy but easy to follow and simple to complete and get the message

Easy to manage awareness programs, training campaigns. You can even track training progress of each user. Nice amount of courses to select

The course player looks are outdated.
Also, lots of user just hit next immediately without listening to the course, and there's no prevention for that

Ease of use for both client and administrator

The only issue was when clients reported the test phishing scams and clogged up our help desk.

Informing clients about security as it relates to the office environment -- such as ePHI and credentials.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. it is providing all the features which you are looking for and it will never let you down. Their help and support is always awesome. I recommend this solution

We are conducting phishing simulations, and based on the results, we are enrolling users in phishing awareness training to strengthen the security culture in the organization

Nothing really, it does just what I need.

Easy way to distribute training and has a high level of completion. Greater engagement in the trainings

What do you like best about the product?
They have a comprehensive training library that gets updated regularly to meet the emerging threats. All the phishing tests also use the data gathered from the user training to tailor the phishing tests to the specific user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training material can be a bit cartoonish, but the content is still pertinent and topical. Users can get bored of the content very quickly unless you mix it up with videos and quizzes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we had several incidents where users sent money to attackers. Since we've implemented SAT with KnowBe4, we have not had any incidents of this.

They keep you up to date on training and things we should be aware of.

not really. I don't have any complaints.

To understand when certain emails come over that, not all of them are legit, and I need to be on my toes to catch them

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for security awareness. The device was user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no challenges currently as our security team worked with our local vendor to ensure all bottlenecks were cleared before launching the tool to the organization.
