Interactive content is largely game based, and not professional to our execs.

What do you dislike about the product?
TherOne potential downside of KnowBe4 is its pricing model. The platform charges per user per year, which can be expensive for larger organizations. However, given the high cost of a data breach, the investment in cybersecurity training is likely to be worthwhile.e isn't much not to like. Having more integrations with systems would be great.

The automation of testing has made it seamless into our Quarterly training.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the flexibility in assigning training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting out staff to meet the training requirements has been a god send. Having the training in one place has also made the administration easier

What do you like best about the product?
It was excellent to know more about security information. The stimulation and content of the program were perfect. I will look forward to more details. The quality of the vendor's learning management system is really appreciable. It would be great if they could add more content by comparing the latest trends in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the product is excellent, but it would be nicer if we had more training, more content, and documentation to follow for the installation procedure. Also, if there are more videos on how to perform the deployment and setup, the product would be more appreciable.

Great way to increase user awareness of email security
What do you like best about the product?
The email campaigns to test and train users on email security is fantastic. The variety of campaign emails and the ability to customize the emails and landing pages make for a great user experience and allows us to create a completely custom campaign unique to our organization. The training modules available have been invaluable in improving the awareness to our users of the risks that come with using email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using an ongoing campaign, the same set of emails are used over and over and so you will need to go in and make some changes each time, otherwise users can become accustomed to the campaign and spot them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have become much more aware of the security risks involved using email and they have become much more cautious when working with emails. We have found our users are now reporting suspicious emails more and as a result our network security has improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using KnowBe4 for testing and training users in email security. It is a high quality service, which is easy to use and is very customizable. The support provided is outstanding and we have been very happy with the service received and the results achieved.

User friendliness, and updates to real-life attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a US organistion, we would like to have content based on the location of our organisation, which is Australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are more alert when opening emails, and this has helped reduce our risks of phishing attacks and email compromise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will provide a complete set of tools to train users to be more alert in regards to phishing emails.

It's pretty straight forward training. It does what it's suppose to be.

Honestly, it's good. A little cheesy, but it works.

I haven't found anything I do not like about the program.

The simulations are great! It actually replicates a phiahing scenario and the complexity can be adjusted accordingly

It takes time to create simulations from the template and there is a limited set of templates

KnowBe4 provides plenty of templates and a combination of custom-developed and partner security awareness training content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if messages reported via the PhishAlert button would include summary information such as identifying the links and attachments instead of having to analyze each message manually.
