What do you like best about the product?
In terms of automating phishing campaigns and training, knowbe4 is quite good.

Reports feature, Role base Access Control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Role-based access controls have improved slightly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organizations with limited budgets can adopt this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Knowbe4 is current with their pieces of training, and we can train our employees on the current issues going on in the world today. We have looked at other training platforms and KnowBe4 seems to work best for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like anything is missing with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. We use all aspects of their training material. Right now, I do not see where they need to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we see in our organization is making sure our users understand the red flags regarding phishing emails. We can train our users on what to look for, and this helps with our organization falling victim to cybercrime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend integrating with an Active Directory account if you can. It makes things easier. Have a dedicated person to oversee and manage the KnowBe4 platform for your organization. This will help ensure that the pieces of training and requirements are achieved. We use the Security Awareness part of KnowBe4, and we have also entered our organization's compliance agreements into the system that all employees have to view and agree to upon employment. This is an annual event that we go through at the beginning of each school year, and our employees are aware that it is coming. At first, we had where our employees could leave comments after completing their pieces of training but have since turned those off because you cannot make everyone happy and it just turned into a way for them to complain about training. We as an organization decided to turn this off because it would be required regardless.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Fully robust and accessible portal

What do you dislike about the product?
Scam of the Week email content is often "off the mark" and precludes our organization from sending these directly to our associates in more of an automated fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, our cybersecurity incidents have decreased significantly throughout the implementation our enhanced Security Training & Awareness Program, led by KnowBe4. This is coupled with improved employee metrics as a result of quarterly, mandatory training and our continuous phishing campaign that includes supplemental training for associates who fail the activity. Our human firewall has greatly improved as a result of the KnowBe4 platform, available content, and results from the work conducted with their managed services staff.

Surprised how much I like this product

What do you like best about the product?
The depth and variety of training offerings are quite impressive. They even have items for DEI training, which I did not expect. The product works great. After you send out a training or phishing campaign, the emails are sent out quickly or exactly in the manner you specify if you want them staggered. I also use the product to send out monthly phishing tips. I set it up and I don't have to remember to do it each month - it just goes. KnowBe4 support is FANTASTIC. Anything you want, they help immediately. They also stay in touch with you to ensure you continue to use the product and appreciate your investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to set up initially and learn how to set up campaigns. They will set up a training call (or multiple) to get you started. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but now that I have it, it is such a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing emphasis on security awareness and phishing techniques. We are just starting our first enterprise-wide training effort, so I can't fully comment on the benefits to date. The library is expansive so the possibilities are endless.

Great Training Content/Excellent Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The training content is diverse, relevant, and concise. The management platform is sophisticated and versitile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is sophisticated, it is also complex and requires some dedicated training and focus to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating much greater awareness of security threats among our general employee population. We are seeing dramatically fewer security incidents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you have allocated adequate staff resources to manage this tool and monitor training campaigns. With appropriate staff attention, you can get a lot of value from this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply put, the wide variety and excellent content available prevent user burnout.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I'd like more 5 - 10 minute videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem solved is user burnout. With less repeated training, more attention is paid to the topic at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the system. The content is extremely detailed but also easy to follow. They provide a lot of extra content as well as important information to send out to all users to properly educate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe they need to include a bit more content on some of the smaller levels of offerings they have. With SMBs, sometimes, regardless of how important security awareness is, they cant afford the Platinum level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness across the board. Finding the users that need the most out of the training to ensure we protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and our customers data.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all I got a lot of positive feedback from our users, especially because we use content in their local language. On the administration side the platform got a lot of very usefull features:
SSO with AD
Direct Message Injection (saves you a lot of trouble with simulated phishing emails getting blocked)
Smart Groups (do not underestimate this and it is not the same at all as static groups)
Very flexible reminder system
You can add your own content.
"Red flags" on landing pages for simulated phishing emails (adds education to the simulated phishing process)
The Phish Alert Button (Actually free for everyone to use :-) )
Easy to use administration interface with export possibilities everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Active Directory integration requires that you install some component on your DC, I think better solutions exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did a simulated phishing before stating with KnowBe4 where 20% of our 2000 users clicked the malicious link. After the training this dropped to 10% and after 4 months with monthly simulated phishing it dropped further to 5%, which was actually our goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you fully understand "Smart Groups" and "Direct Message Injection", it will save you a lot of time using these features.
