Lack of multi-language support on time. Templates configuration needs to be simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is cost effective, provides balanced solutions/material, and has great costumer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some material is not easily integrated with LMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduled and business unit tailored phishing. our users are much more security and cyber safety aware.

What do you like best about the product?
The training library covers a wide range of topics and styles to match our organization's infosec delivery and goals
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a wide disparity in the amount of training available between the top two tiers, Platinum and Diamond. We recently upgraded to take advantage of the broader scope of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide a consistent base of training for new hires and existing users.
Monitoring individual users and groups (by job-role) in order to provide remedial training and reporting to managers, admin, and our security committee.
Keeping infosec in front of our users by sending regular security tips and scam of the week/month examples.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most important to us is the support and recommendations that KnowBe4 provided to get us started and keep up with a changing threat landscape.
Our Customer Success advisor keeps an eye on our dashboard and we get regular calls to help us adjust our campaigns and awareness programs.
KnowBe4 is not a turnkey solution; we applied some effort to tailor the platform to meet our user audience and working environment.

There is a wide variety of topics and modules.

A lot of the information is repetitive and doesn't seem to be updated regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance needs, addressing the human element as the most vulnerable piece

What do you like best about the product?
Frequent enough updates without being too chatty. Good blend of humor and factual information

A little bit more marketing orientation than I would like, but I can tune it out if required.

Internal phishing and other cyber threats to OUR business, as well as applying the principles covered in the training to our clients' systems

What do you like best about the product?
Love the simpleness. As with all of KnowBe4's training modules, they understand they are dealing with a variety of knowledge bases. Because of that, they keep things simple enough for everyone to follow. If someone gets lost, what good is the training going to do?
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a good effort put into keeping things short, sweet and to the point. However, sometimes they could explain a little better. Maybe a little too much brevity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first signed with KnowBe4 we ran a couple baseline tests. Those tests showed we had a lot of people who didn't understand Phishing and other threats, nor did they realize the impact of those threats on the company. Now that we've been able to train people, their knowledge of the threats and understanding of how it benefits them personally, not just the company. Failure rates are down tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
Being aware of what is latest scams going on in the world today and has up to date information.
Real events happening that they provide to us to help us make aware of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I remember that I dislike about it. All information are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like the Phishflip and latest up to date scams emails knowledge that we get information for our team to avoid issues. And I really like the video training about the Inside Man which let you see how real and easy ways that people can hack or get into your company information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is good knowledge for employee awareness so they don't fall into the traps

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent training platform with several modules and languages. Phishing testing product is also excellent with random phishing excercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing hook product that integrates with e-mail can only reside in your Outlook window instead of the individual e-mail which is counter intuitive. Otherwise, no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have raised the awareness to phishing which is the # 1 threat to businesses with the use of random phishing tests as well as regular training.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a wide range of training options across their different levels. This allows you to develop a training program that better fits your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I like their product. The only item I would like to see is organizing different training programs according to the department in the console. Currently, the training programs are listed in the order created. We have had different training for Security Awareness, Human Resources, and our Safety team - it would be nice to see just the individual group training programs without having to scroll through the whole list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing assessment templates are very helpful. Having different degrees of phishing levels works to gradually educate users and continue to train them on possible phishing attempts. The integration between phishing assessments and training allows you to setup a phishing assessment and then automatically enroll those that fail into follow up training.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's campaign lifecycle management features differentiate the platform from alternative solutions we have used previously. The ability to quickly deploy year-long test and training strategies with minimal effort has enabled our team to punch above their weight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Active Directory integration wasn't very reliable initially, but this has improved over time. Generally, KB4's support has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use is simulated phishing campaigns and targeted training based upon results. This data-driven approach has significantly improved our phish-prone ratings over the past 12 months. We also see a difference in the culture - our staff are far more aware of the risks we face today. Furthermore, we have used the platform to deliver our own in-house compliance training.
