Endless Content with no lack of Quality
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of content offered, from phishing emails to training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall organization and how the platform lays things out can be a bit of a curve to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem has the right content to attract multiple types of groups, and they target the most basic to most advanced users and anything in-between.
Comprehensive high level security training program for large workforces
What do you like best about the product?
Real life examples of phishing. Very good simulations and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's more to security awareness than just phishing like malware, product vulnerabilities, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a major breach in January and since then security awareness has become a mandatory thing for all employees. In addition to Knowbe4 the goal is to make all employees more security conscious.

What do you like best about the product?
Breaking down concepts into understandable and relatable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
More interactive exercises to test users' understanding are useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering techincal jargon into practical and relevant concepts that users can apply directly and immediately.
I like what KnowBe4 has to offer however more new, timely releases of content would be a welcome

I do not have anything specific to provide but one of our OpCo's stated they like the series training.

All pics/images must be an external link

Security compliance requirement along with annual security training

A must for any shop that wants their employees to be smart email users.

The interface is intuitive and configuration is a breeze.

I wish the reporting per user and campaign was more customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides top notch customized security awareness training to all users. Roger Grimes is a great ambassador and teaches me new things every time I hear him speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - it is a holistic solution

Great tool for any IT professional
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to easily test our users on the most vulnerable part of our environment. Makes the data easy to use and ready. Plenty of templates to keep users from being used to the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports may be a little difficult to use if multiple campaigns exist for the tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is strengthening our user's ability to recognize phishing emails and be more conscious of what they click on or enter data into. We've seen a steady increase in performance in each campaign showing results.
Educates our users, although, there are technical problems that occur

Automated emails that send users links for the videos

There are some technical things that happen such as people getting points added to their risk score when there shouldn't be

Helping people become more vigilant towards back actors for emails
It's effective, but boring

It has a lot of courses, everything you need to run a campaign. The product is quite mature from a capability perspective. Setting the industry standard on security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kevin Mitnick. He doesn't impress me. Seems to self promote. Infact I dislike him so much I stopped using the product. All the courses seem to be the same over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closed the gap on security general knowledge. Questions are average. Lots of handy little tools and utilities. Didn't really benefit me personally but would add value to people not familiar with security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Effectiveness there but there are better alternatives.
