Nice and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Well designed and to the point, customised module as per needs

it must be more technical and should have some different level of training. some training can be designed to have difficulty levels as per role
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making us more aware of the security landscape
Intuitive user interface, generally good training content and strong phishing simulation tools
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Most of the training content (with a few exceptions) is good, and the phishing simulation functionality is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a standalone training/phishing simulation product, the pricing does not always compete with other email security vendors, especially when already taking multiple products from a competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us fulfill regulatory & audit requirements for various pieces of security training, and carrying out phishing simulations across our user population to identify high-risk users where additional training may be beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used Knowbe4 to train a huge group of our staff on the best security practices to follow to avoid being scammed mainly through phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of new content given the dynamics of security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We avoided a lot of phishing attacks from the training we've got from knowbe4
I appreciate the training videos, but...
What do you like best about the product?
They are informative and help to spread the information to our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
They really need to have some comic relief in them to keep people interested in the material or require a webcam to see if their eyes wonder (extreme).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our required training for the city, but we don't have anyone holding employees accountable for completing it when managers don't even complete it!
Easy to use comprehensive security awareness training program.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides an easy to use training program for both the administrator and employee. They provide fresh content and and incorporate current events in phishing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more content provided for training and awareness as well as for newletters and posters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the program keeps us compliant for our cyber insurance and keeps security top of mind for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 allows us to educate our users and easily run test campaigns to assess their comprehension and real-world application of what they learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trainings try to be entertaining/ funny which can end up being a bit cheesy and annoy some users. All the trainings are relevant and seem to be an acceptable length for our users, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training allows us to educate all our users easily, track all their training, run customized campaigns to test their knowledge, pinpoint those who need more training, and meet our Cybersecurity Insurance requirements.
Good for non-it people

Covering basic concepts for user that otherwise might not grasp security.

Redundant for IT people that are already aware of basic security

Knowbe4 is very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has been a great help in training and testing out users and keeping them aware of the phishing dangers that are out there.
They also have a very competent support team that will walk you through setting up your entire account.

What do you dislike about the product?
Knowbe4 does no have much to dislike. My only complaints are that I cant find options that I know exist, but I am still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing up the competency of our users in fishing out phishing emails and we are targeting problem users and assigning them more relevant pieces of training.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is always amazing. There have been times when we let our content get a little stale and our assigned account reps are always check in and see how they can help get the most out of the subscription. They also make reccommendations and are always willing to go through the platform and fine tune it.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are usually behind a pay-wall of the highest Diamond subscription. It would be nice to get some of the cool new features in the Platinum level. This is understandable though becasue they have an impressive product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching our end users to be aware of bad actors and how to decipher phishing emails.
