An Unexpected Turn
What do you like best about the product?
I am personally a favorite of the wide array of modules/training videos. There is so much that they even have an entire store! You can learn so much and I guarantee you that even if you're an expert, you'll still learn something. No matter how much experience you have in IT, CyberSecurity, or Phishing awareness, there is always something new to be learned through KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introduction to the admin side of things was a learning curve for me at first, but that's not to say that it's entirely a bad thing... You get a lot of advanced features when setting up users at your company for KnowBe4 Training. I had to have two sessions with my account manager to make sure I got the hang of things. There is a lot you can do in terms of customizability & configuration for training campaigns, so I can see somebody getting overwhelmed pretty easily by the amount of information/settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 adequately stays up to date on the latest trends and IT news. Technology is constantly evolving and so are cybercriminals. KnowBe4 stays on top of what is the latest phishing attack or newly developed malicious scheme and does a great job delivering to its customers how to stay alert.
Solid, but repetitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Solid training tool that includes a good overall coverage of the topics a security professional needs to educate the user population.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the 1st year it gets repetive for employees. Year to year not much change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helped in educating our employees on the basic of Phishing, Smishing, and overall security hygeine.
The information given was very valuable and would help all my colleagues.

How to make the employees more aware of the security settings
Knowbe4 has been a useful tool in the fight against cyber attacks!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 brings awareness to the customer. The training helps customers be prepared for the unexpected. Our customers are now part of the "defense team against cyber attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can sometimes be confusing but support has always been available to walk me thru setups. Would like to have more spots available for students to also use this tool but the costs to add students would be prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 is creating a culture at our place where the customer talks about scams and attempts to access our systems. There is pride in the score achieved by individuals.
KnowBe4 is good training
What do you like best about the product?
KB4 is very user friendly. It allows our employees to do their required training in bite sized sections so they are not inundated with too much at once. Everything is explained at a basic level so even novices don't have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I can say bad about it. I have not heard any issues from users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4 helps us do our annual security training at a level that our employees can easily understand. It is also beneficial for phish training.
KnowBe4 is the best way we've found to try to strengthen that weakest link that is human nature.

KnowBe4 helps us educate and train our users so that they don't fall for phishing scams or any of the other risks to security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside, it's worth the price for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing risks to the business.
Better and Cheaper Than Most
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly intuitive interface. Broad spectrum of modules that range in time and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could benefit from creating learning modules are have game mechanics to engage users better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of getting users to be able to consciously identify email and phone scams. More awareness keeps these scams at the forefront of their minds.
Amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
Great support, very high-quality service. You can customize emails, and tailor training/phishing campaigns. Our KB4 rep is extremely helpful. KB4 is also extremely easy to set up and use. Very detailed instructions that are easy to follow. The service is set up and forget :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I am extremely satisfied with it :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to address the human factor of the cybersecurity and helps our company protect itself
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the methods of training KnowBe4 has to offer which in turn helps for the retention of material for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this product but I do wish they would not have gotten rid of the Phone phishing tool they had as I found it to have value when we tested but unfortunately was missing when we purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping to solve the issue of curiosity meaning they are helping our end users to stop and think about the email they received.
Great for our Company

KnowBe4 makes it easier for our employees to understand the risks and what they can do to stay safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to this training (and others like it) is that it can come across as "cheesy" or "over the top" at times.

KnowBe4 helps us stay safe by providing our associates with the knowledge to be vigilant in an ever-changing digital landscape.
