What we all need in security for organizations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 is the seamless integration into our network and the ability to simulate phishing attempts for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least dislike is noting at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the immediate and future need to train, educate, and re-train our staff on threats that could potentially be real examples. It hammers home the words we speak to actually reality situations.

Easy to manage every aspect of your Security Awareness posture from training to Phishing simulations
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any downsides, if I was to comment I think the lack of content developed for 2022 is lacking a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The staff awareness to potential threats and communicating this to our security staff
Informative, entertaining, and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short and entertaining, and easy to understand. A typical end user should be able to relate, and comprehend the topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can think of is end users having to remember another password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educating our users on cyber security threats. We also use it for phishing campaigns.
Great Enterprise Awareness Products
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing simulation and product vulnerabilities. It has great knowledgeable content which is useful for the end user. Learning management has a great framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and web console look a little dated. Hope to see better-customized reporting. Maybe add more training content such as documentation or videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Require to provide training as part of our Information Technology and Cyber security audit and program. The variety of phishing and vishing templates with the ability to customize the content also supports different languages and is a great tool to target all employees.

Easy to use and engaging to staff.......
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more video training and fewer cartoon ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff is more aware of how they can jeopardize our security without thinking. We've noticed much improvement in email phishing awareness and improved password protection.
Easy going online training.

Easy to use and follow training. Understandable slides and voice is very clear

I a little long course. some media controls are a little weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides user's knowledge on cyber security in an easily understandable manner.
Engaging security training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 training modules are engaging, short, and relevant. They don't overuse one single format for each training module, instead they change things up by including well-produced short films, brief quizzes, interactive pictures, etc, so if users have several modules to complete it doesn't get boring. The website is very clean and intuitive for both users and admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have searched my heart and mind and cannot come up with a feature that doesn't work as expected or that could be improved. I haven't had a single issue with KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security training for our users has been streamlined and simplified. The reporting features allow us to easily see how our organization is doing and where our users may need more training.
Enterprise Awareness Product Security Review
What do you like best about the product?
Scenarios covered in the training such as software vulnerability, and phishing vulnerability are extremely helpful! End users can be in the know-how of potential threats with the topics covered. The content is very engaging and the availability in multiple languages is a big plus for large organizations that have a presence in multiple countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Lack of SOPs to deploy the solution.
2. Need more step-by-step guidance with setup and configuration
3. Lack of ability to copy templates
4. Better design of the web console

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and reporting on Phishing emails. Also the need to protect Pharma, Payer data that is HIPAA compliant. With the recent attacks on Healthcare companies, Security Awareness should be top of the list for any CIO

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has been a valuable tool for our end users. With the growing threats of cyber intrusion having a reliable teaching aid for our workforce has been instrumental in reducing our risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would prefer a few more new Videos. New videos for every quarter would be helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive a significant amount of spam and phishing through email. Using KnowBe4 we have mitigated risks with the training.
KnowBe4's platform is simple to use and automation takes a lot of heavy lifting away!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools that KnowBe4 provides, such as Smart Groups, Phishing Campaigns, Training Campaigns, and the AIDA (Artificial Intelligence) drastically reduce admin required time in managing the awareness program. The attitude and character that all KnowBe4 employees bring to the table are outstanding. They have a great culture at KnowBe4 and it's made obvious through all communication, training, support, and their convention, KB4CON.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Reports and Analytics could be more customizable. There are a lot of great reports and analytics for failures, but we would like to see more data on users that Report emails as well. In Phishing Campaigns, being able to sort by columns in the Users tab would also be beneficial. There could be more games created. Being able to customize some of the non-video content in training (words, verbiage), as well as in the assessments would be benefial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 platform is greatly increasing awareness through their training and phishing campaigns. We've been able to see the data in reports, that our employees are beginning to slow down and verify more often, increasing our security perimeter with the user first.
