Knowbe4 had given me the great training and fantastic simulated phishing tests to train my users!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quality of the Inside Man Series and the ease of setting up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trainings are very cheesy or are too long and my users tune them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I educate them on DeepFakes, Social Engineering, and Phishing scams they might think first before clicking.
User friendly training with reliable insights that help our employees understand the importance of security.
What do you like best about the product?
The recent UI overhaul sets KnowBe4 apart. Users can switch between KnowBe4 products from a single menu, and they have clearer access to assigned trainings. The visual designs and brandings are consistent and modern. The content remains relevant to modern-day security concerns and is delivered in an easy-to-understand manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
A customizable competition or leaderboard would be a marked improvement. At our company, we have a yearly competition using KnowBe4 but our points system varies from what KnowBe4's leaderboard uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping to solve the end user security crisis. While there are many ways that hackers try to infiltrate organizations, end users have always been the easiest target. This training from KnowBe4 is changing that and we're able to see data that supports this within our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved. There is some complexity when trying to do simple tasks like adding or removing users from a group. Also, setting up SSO integration with Azure wasn't as easy as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our employees and fulfilling all the legal requirements for a great user awareness program. In addition, we could prove through a safe channel that how spam can be dangerous and misleading.
Top On-demand security training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's training is very flexible and the on-demand nature helps to ensure high completion rates of trainees. The training material is easy to understand and follow through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Automated Security Awareness Program builder (ASAP) is configurable, but not dynamic in real-time. The ability to customize per each interactive response would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a training program that includes actionable tasks, tips, training content suggestions and a task management calendar. My need was helping my organization and the employees to stay safe.
We've had amazing success with KnowBe4. We have FAR less phishing failures today than we used to.
What do you like best about the product?
The real-world examples the KnowBe4 phishing emails provide to our employees. They very much resemble real phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! We really don't have anything to complain about.

Reducing the chances of our employees clicking real phishing emails.

Added new inventive ways of phishing such as QR Codes but would like to see the VOTE feature to be integrated into Outlook itself

What do you like best about the product?
More information is good. The service helps to raise awareness of security threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service asks users to accept emails from KnowBe4 which are very similar to actual threats. This clouds the water and could cause people to be more vulerable

Lack of knowledge around security threats is a problem. More information is good

I wish there was more new content in training

We have had a massive reduction in clicking bad emails, people are just better aware of scams and false emails

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, it works well and the reps find it easy to navigate. It's been a useful tool for us to teach the company overall, and get a lot of training out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular to dislike about the training. It's interesting and informative and I believe it is done in the best way it could possibly be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a business where security is critical. The security awareness training allowed us to get a lot of basic security knowledge out to our employees in a quick and easy to understand way.

What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are short enough to keep your interest and informative enough to be effective. We have been able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the training by running attack simulation tests and showing improvement in our user behavior over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security improvements to the Microsoft cloud make it difficult to run the testing campaigns against our users. We have implemented all of the recommended changes to allow KnowBe4 to bypass the security to run an attack simulation, but that doesn't work. Microsoft still quarantines every single email message as spam and I have to manually release 1000 emails every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used KnowBe4 many of our users would just click on anything they got in email without thinking about it. Now some of our worst offenders actually take the campaign testing emails and mark them up with all of the red flags and send them to us with a note telling us they're not falling for that again. It really has made the business more secure.
