KnowBe4 is must have resource for raising security awareness of enterprise users
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has up-to-date information needed for increasing security awareness in today's cyber environment. Their online webinars and seminars offer very valuable information in regards to recent security vulnerabilities. It offers advice and methods on how to increase security and protect against cyber attacks that are constantly on the rise.
There is a way to create required tasks for the users so they could learn and increase their knowledge allowing them to become more aware of the latest security threats.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike regarding KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department is constantly trying to train our users and raise security awareness regarding network security. Now we could schedule mandatory tasks so users could learn more about the latest cyber threats.

You have to get it done, but it is worth the understanding.

People often lack awareness when they take security for granted.

Videos like "Inside Man" make the training more interesting and fun than simply reading about the precautions.

Endless emails trying to sell Audit services.

Knowing what types of phishing emails employees are opening and which employees need more training.

The customer service will follow up with you periodically to make sure you are extracting the maximum amount of value from the system.

Currently there is nothing that I dislike about the system.

What do you like best about the product?
There wasn't much that really came to mind. All the information is stuff that I already know and the presentation of it is pretty mundane. No idea how it compares to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not anything that I don't already know. The presentation is not interesting. Improvement could be providing actual interesting real life stories of online data security problems that have affected people in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's trying to help employees not fall for phishing/scams online. This does not really directly benefit me, because the information is already known to me. I wouldn't ever be doing this if my company didn't mandate it.
KnowBe4 has completely changed the cyber security environment at our organization!

I love being able to automate campaigns and training initiatives. Takes a lot of extra work off of my plate.

There is nothing that I dislike about KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 has helped me push training and simulations to all of our users. It has made everyone security conscious and aware of the risks out there in the cyber world.
Great service from a Cybersecurity Company
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides updated training for our end users that is easy to understand. They also provide excellent phishing testing that we push out monthly. This has greatly reduced the number of people clicking on unknown links in email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about KnowBe4. The only complaint I have is that the procedure to replace existing training can be a little confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before KnowBe4 we had staff click on anything inside emails without concern for what damage they might cause. After implementing KnowBe4 training and phishing tests our click through rate dropped from 30% to less than 1%.

An easy way to help educate our employees and increase their awareness of information security
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's training format is ideal in that it is in easy-to-consume sizes and is crafted to be interesting rather than dry and boring. Our employees also enjoy the phishing campaigns and have viewed it as a contest of sorts to see who is better at identifying phishing attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility to customize the training by adding our own company-specific content. And of course, a lower cost would always be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training has helped our employees be more aware of the wide diversity of potential attacks and how to recognize them without triggering an incident. It has raised their overall security awareness and ability to recognize issues as well as how to handle them. This has been very beneficial since the employees are truly our first line of defense.
