Great tool and easy to use. A game-changer for us.
What do you like best about the product?
The training tools are easy to use and there's a nice selection of materials from which to chose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the training campaigns is a little complex. The complexity has increased over the years as they added new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can initiate a training campaign very quickly, see how participants are doing and contact them with reminders, all through the portal. This helps us train new employees and provide remedial training when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly timely information with excellent, interactive knowledge checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No critiques: absolutely best-in-class performance and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps raise the awareness level of real-world, actual threats that are commonly encountered at companies and in organizations. We learn about the typical indicators that may be associated with "bad actors" and how to avoid falling into these traps. We have found that our employees are less susceptible to these pitfalls once they have been trained.
Great platform for training users on Security and keeping them vigilant for Malicious email
What do you like best about the product?
They have an AI tool now that selects email templates for you based on the role of the "target" and current industry trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer success team doesn't reach out nearly as often as they used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to do annual security training, and this is an quick, easy way for us to implement that. Also, the phish testing makes our users much more vigilant.
Excellent product for training and testing
What do you like best about the product?
The test emails for phish testing are generated to look very real and present a great test for our staff. The training modules are interesting and the correct length, and very timely for current events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would change is the flow for adding/utilizing some training modules. I would prefer to just be able to select any of them and add the training but you have to first add it to your library. The web site overall is very well laid out and user friendly. There should also be an easier/better process for users without company email accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our users very aware (and frustrated that management absolutely enforces its use!) and has vastly improved our position from an email security and web security position.
Great training experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are up to date with their training, and we can train our employees on the current security issues. I have looked at other trainings, but they seem to work best for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not see any downfalls to this training, or anything that i disliked

They are helping us try to reach out to our end users to be aware of the security risks of malicious software, and phishing tactics to hopefully rid those from our company
Great training for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the modules are interactive and allow you to move at your own pace. The information is well-presented, clear and concise. The training provides tests of your knowledge in each area and allows you to see what you did not get correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information does not seem to change very much from year to year. I think a little more variety and slightly different emphasis would make the training even better and provide a little more engagement. This is especially the case for those who have had the training previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it provides a good refresher on security protocols and awareness. I benefit by having it reinforce my own security awareness and maybe even provide me with new information to think about.
Trainings are good & useful
What do you like best about the product?
Training content is thorough and clearly explained in all slides and helps us to gain a better understanding of the module aspects, along with giving real insights into the actual use-case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something which can be improved is more usage of graphics & images to quickly convey thoughts to the end-user and save time by being more interactive in this training process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some general assumptions made by every employee when it comes to security awareness and how it can be damaging to the organization, those suppositions are always overlooked and hence must be contained in a manner that they are followed as per company ethics and code of conduct.

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of content. Knowbe4 has great content and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much of anything to complain about with KB4, the only feature I'd like to see is integration with other training solutions such as Brainstorm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity training, and phishing campaigns have been greatly effective
KnowBe4 is a valuable cybersecurity awareness partner
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to reach all employees with a self-paced learning approach that is centrally managed along with phishing tests to test our training successes.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I've been very happy with the KnowBe4 service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a platform that allows us to gauge our level of awareness of our user population. With phishing tests, I'm able to easily identify those needing extra help and focus.
