Was great and now, not so great
What do you like best about the product?
I Don't have anything to say here. I'm more frusterated than anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules dont work properly. I own many different functions (one of them being cybersec awareness) and when I have to work on a hour plus onissues, no bueno
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of the training KB4 provides. It allows us as an org to ensure that users are getting the proper training's to give us maximum security for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how slow KB4 console is. We have had multiple users on our last bi-annual training report that their training's were not showing completed. The training's still showed they were in progress. I think this issue could be looked into and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the users more aware of Phishing attacks and how to report them using the Phishing Alert Button. This is useful because we get to see more emails come in that could be malicious.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ASAP program. It helped us get started quickly. The help articles are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics are a little hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are recognizing phishing emails and are now less likely to click on the bogus links.
KB4 is a must have for Security Training, even the free PAB instance is a security MUST!

Ease of administration and documentation is readily available.

Development, feature requests, the things that aren't available.

Less of a burden on our SOC for Phish Hunting and User email recognition.

Training awareness is the key to understanding phishing and how to avoid being caught. KnowBe4 makes a complex topic simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training could be time-consuming. Try to make it more interesting for non-IT staff.

Metrics for phishing attacks.

I think they have added more email templates wit AI driven, lots more new contents, regulatory and compliance.

Keep up with good work, when it comes to whitelisting domain for knowbe4 vs real phishing domain sometimes is a hassle

nowBe4 Security Awareness Training aims to address the human element of cybersecurity, making users more knowledgeable, vigilant, and capable of identifying and responding to potential threats. By strengthening the cybersecurity awareness of individuals and organizations, they can better protect their sensitive data, systems, and reputation in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Easy to Manage and Fast to Train Staff
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about theKnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the amount of reporting and real time information it provides. If a staff member fails the training, clicks a link they were not suppose to click, we force them to retake the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, although not an issue with KnowBe4 specifically, is having to always remind the staff that did not take or pass the training. End users are always the biggest issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certifies us for our annual required Cyber Security Awareness Training with the state. It forc es end users to again be aware of the dangers in email.
Must Have Cybersecurity Training for K-12
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a great support team as well as an easy to use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provide automated options to force training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making all staff and especially the executive teams aware of the dangers of clicking links in emails. It also fills our start of year cyber securiry awareness training.
Great content and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
Thee is a ton of content, something for everyone. I enjoy how quick the training can be for experienced users as a refresher but also educational for the novice user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a new service to me so setting up the back end was not as intutive as you would hope but with the great support, easy to overcome any issues. We are new to the service so we are looking forward to great content updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great centralized service for everyone in our organization. We are a multi-national organization so the available languages are great and they meet our needs.
Valid Information, but a bit too stuffy
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has great information for the general computer/mobile user. The tutorials walk you through situations that the average person may encounter when using their devices and how to tell is there is a phishing or spam attack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training could be improved by using a video instead of a voice just reading words on the screen to you. It feels like someone is simply reading from a Powerpoint presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping the average user become more aware of potentially harmful situations where they could be part of a phishing scheme. It shows people how to figure out if emails are real, shows you what not to do in common phishing scenarios, and gives insight into how to report things to your IT team.
