Docebo is the best option to facilitate training!
What do you like best about the product?
As a trainer its really important for me to have control over what my trainees have learned, Docebo lets me assign each person what I need them to work in and also lets me keep an eye over their knowledge. I love to be able to even create certificates for each wave I graduate, I really thing is a good choice for training
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really know if is possible, but it would help me a lot to be able to create reports of each course progress for certain groups only.. because at the moment every time I want to know a group score it gives me the scores of all the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easily understood by an LMS newbie
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty intuitive. As a new user, I set up a trial account for learning rather than risk messing up our main account. I had established new courses and figured out how to view results with almost no help. The level of support was excellent when I had some basic questions, the self-guided lessons were well constructed, and I didn't feel the intimidation or pressure of learning a new work-required product on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing as of yet. The only struggle I had while learning how to use Docebo was that Individual user reports on specific courses seemed buried to me, while other stats were very "in your face."
I do always find what I need, so I think this is more of a practice issue and not with Docebo.
I will be very interested in using more of its functionality once the prototype I am developing is complete.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the benefits of an LMS in general. In the past, this sort of program wasn't available to me or put out with many areas of the company reflected.
Now that we have brought Docebo on board, it's pretty a pretty cool way to ease into the concept and get advocates for the importance of an LMS.
The fact that it is cloud based simplifies things immensely, and it dovetails very well with our use of Articulate to create content.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely take advantage of the trial account. I really don't think you're going to catch how easily navigated and controlled it is from screenshots.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Smart, elegant simple interface. Removes much of the complexity of other LMSs
What do you dislike about the product?
The App doesn;t support all CSS and can be difficult to get things right in my original SCORM files, but this is not a major issue for us.

Ease of Use of Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
As a former software trainer, knowing that users are going to be frustrated with too many clicks, or not knowing where to go in the system, is a key part of user acceptance. Docebo makes finding courses easy with minimal clicks! For the majority of our employees, it gives them access to course quickly, easily, and for some, with absolutely no training needed. Staying compliant is an important part of Diamond Healthcare and Docebo makes that process seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, this just happened recently, otherwise, it would not even be a known thing. Docebo does a great job of confirming you want to remove an employee from a course, or enrolling someone in a course. There are lots of Are you sure? questions built in, which is great. But the one place there isn't, is in the users list, where you can change users back to Active or Deactivate. I just had another employee with admin access change over 2000 employee back to active. I now have to go back and deactivate them one at a time. The Are You Sure? question should have been built in there! But if that had not happened, I would have nothing but great things to say about Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized place to manage all the courses was an essential part of why Docebo was chosen as the LMS for Diamond Healthcare. With employees all across the country, being able to mange all their requirements and credentialing in one place was key. Docebo has accomplished that goal for us.

It іs рlеаsаnt tо lооk аt, іt іs еаsy tо undеrstаnd, аnd еvеrythіng lооks аs іf yоu hаvе аlrеаdy wоrkеd wіth hіm fоr mаny yеаrs. Prоduсt іs соnstаntly еvоlvіng. Alsо thеrе іs а buіlt-іn аррlісаtіоn stоrе. Thіs mаkеs Dосеbо unіquе аnd unrереаtаblе. Nоw іt іs еvеn mоrе thаn thе LMS.

In thе саsе оf thіs аррlісаtіоn, оnе оf іts аdvаntаgеs hаs bесоmе іts drаwbасk. I'm tаlkіng аbоut оftеn соmіng оut uрdаtеs. Whеn thеy ехіt, sоmеthіng іs соnstаntly сhаngіng іn tеrms оf funсtіоnаlіty, аddіtіоnаl fеаturеs, рlасеmеnt оf tооls оr thе sаmе іntеrfасе. Thіs dоеs nоt аllоw yоu tо gеt usеd tо thе еnd tо sоmеthіng sресіfіс. But іf yоu lооk аt іt frоm thе оthеr sіdе, yоu саn соnсludе thаt thе рrоgrаm іs соnstаntly еvоlvіng аnd dоеs nоt stаnd stіll, whісh іs grеаt.

If tо drаw а gеnеrаl соnсlusіоn, thеn thе рurсhаsе оf thіs аррlісаtіоn wаs thе rіght dесіsіоn. It wаs аblе tо sоlvе mаny оf оur рrоblеms аnd thе tаsks аssіgnеd tо іt. Wе sаvеd оur tіmе аnd соnsіdеrаblе funds, whісh аllоws us tо fосus оn оthеr роіnts.

If yоu аrе lооkіng fоr thе full-fеаturеd LMS рrоduсt, thеn yоur sеаrсh іs оvеr hеrе. If yоu аrе оnly а grоwіng соmраny, thеn thіs іs thе bеst thіng fоr yоu. In nесеssаry tо dіsреl yоur dоubts, just tаkе а trіаl vеrsіоn аnd try іt оut. It's оnly а lіttlе оf yоur tіmе.
Horrible Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't really enjoy my experience using this LMS
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not flexible and creating integrations to other tools is impossible. It's also impossible to get anyone at Docebo to help. Their customer service is horrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were solving internal training needs. It was good to try to at least start having some on-demand training.

Pick a different LMS for internal training.

I like that upgrades are all included in licence fee ( and they can be significant upgrades too!)

Amazing, user-friendly LMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service and the almost overwhelming amount of features the platform offers. It's truly the ideal LMS for internal audiences (how we use it). Gamification, customizable dashboards, and reporting are just a few of the many helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had the platform since February and are wrapping up our company-wide rollout. While I don't have too much negative to say at this time, I will say that I would love to see xAPI reporting visualization available soon. Right now, we have to extract the statements and use a different platform to visualize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing employee engagement, L&D footprint, and consolidating multiple learning platforms and resources into one, easy-to-use platform.
Unfavorable Support Experience
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable the platform is and how easy it is to get content in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues that come up during releases or behind-the-scenes releases that are not communicated out properly. Many times I have come across something like catalogs not sorting properly and chatted only to find out "yes, we are aware of this".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding process has been expedited in our support department. We are now able to give our external customers proper training on our complex features.
Docebo was the right decision for us
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is an easy to use LMS that users can quickly learn how to use and navigate. As the System Admin, I like that I can design a user experience through the use of pages and menus. The implementation was relatively quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Docebo for external training only so the e-Commerce portion and subscription use as been limited for our needs. Would love to see these two areas evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are launching the new LMS portion of our offerings. We did not have an LMS prior to Docebo so this is solving the need of delivering content to our online subscribers.
