Like any other program, there is a lot to learn, and it is not always easy to share the training.

Procore is like having another employee on each project. Procore manages the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Procore that it generates and distributes a lot of information. Sometimes the critical is lost with other information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the spreadsheet overuse and file locations for information.
This can be for accounting, project management or construction management. Procore manages our budget to actual data in the financial project tools. Procore manages our RFI's, Submittals, meetings (and meeting updates), etc.. in the Project Managment Tools.

A Game-Changer for Project Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Procore is how it centralizes project information and communication in one platform. With real-time access to documents, drawings, RFIs, and submittals, our teams—both in the field and in the office—can stay aligned and avoid miscommunication. One of the biggest upsides is the document version control and audit trail, which ensures everyone is working from the latest information and keeps accountability clear. The mobile app is also a huge plus, especially for field workers who need quick access on the go. Overall, it significantly improves coordination, reduces delays, and helps us keep projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main downsides of using Procore is the learning curve—it can be overwhelming for new users, especially those without a tech background. The platform is packed with features, which is great, but it can take time to fully understand and utilize them effectively. Additionally, while Procore is powerful, it can be expensive, especially for smaller companies or teams with limited budgets. Integration with other tools can also be hit-or-miss, depending on your existing tech stack. Finally, some users report occasional issues with mobile app performance or syncing in areas with poor connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us solve several key challenges in construction project management, particularly around communication, document control, and accountability. Before using Procore, we struggled with version confusion on drawings, missed updates, and fragmented communication across teams. Now, everything from RFIs and submittals to punch lists and schedules is centralized, so our field and office teams stay aligned. It also helps with tracking progress, managing change orders, and maintaining a clear audit trail, which reduces disputes and rework. Overall, it's been instrumental in improving efficiency, transparency, and project consistency.

Procore is a great tool / Project portal for Communication and Collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few fields that seems to be incomplete, in-terms of the ability to perform certain tasks within tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and Collaboration. Procore has the ability to put a timestamp on virtually all correspondence and communications so that there is nothing missed throughout the life of a project.

You always have a current set of drawings available without having to constantly update drawings to the field team

The submittal process is more tedious than it needs to be, especially if the GC is overzealous in assigning categories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is mainly involved in our project management. We are not using it for any internal office solutions that are not related to project management. We use it to submit bid when our GC's invite us through Procure, and we use it for project submittals, RFI's, and plan organization.
Very Efficient and Adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has provided us a single platform for most construction management control tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ineffectiveness of email reminders. Most subs get numb to the email notifications. We do what we can to reduce the number of emails via notification settings but it can still be overwhelming.
In general, Procore has been very open to feedback on the various tools and offers quite a bit of flexibility to tailor to your company and/or personal needs.

On large projects with large teams, it essential to have a comprehensive platform for all to communicate and collaborate.

I love how seamless and easy it is to track everything from documents, contracts, drawings, etc. One stop place for all your project needs.

More responsive to changes that customers want to happen, rather than having to vote on it

What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes project management a breeze. You can control all aspects of a project from one platform. The implementation team is extremely helpful. The customer support team is very knowledgeable and always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules that we need were not included with the initial package.

Having all the project data in once place. From plans to budget.
