A very helpful tool for a subcontractor
What do you like best about the product?
As a subcontractor supplying finished goods I'm always delighted when my contractors are using Procore on a project as it gives me a single source for all the information that I need on the project, whether it be access to the latest drawings, or the status of my submittals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal process can be slow with the screen just spinning for minutes after uploading a file...has it succeeded or not?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those of my contractors who use it, Procore provides me a single interface for interactions on the project, both in the planning, execution and followup on the job. For projects not using it, I typically have to deal with a superintendent, assistant PM, PM and accounting folks, trying to figure out who is responsible for what.
I find procore easy to navigate and especially for my work as accounts admin

has many features at the beignining its abit overwhelming especially if youre new to procore- otherwise its a product i enjoy using for my work

helping us manage all our invoicing process, from quotes to payments

I use it everyday, its the modern and more efficient version of a diary

Procore is constantly updating it's user base to implement new tools and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically however, Procore my seem cumbersome and intimidating to some inexperienced users at first.

The ability to compile and streamline change events from inception to execution. Providing documentation to reference job history.
Great Construction Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is user friendly program and very easy to navigate. It has all tools I need to manage and keep project on track. Live chat support is a HUGE plus! i learned so much from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer to load depend on internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore keeps all information in 1 place and make it organize.

What do you like best about the product?
As a document controller, I like that Procore keeps everything uniform amongst it's various tools. Linking reports, documents, inspections, instructions and financial elements of your project can keep everyone on the same page. I have Procore open all day, every day - it is integral to my life in Construction Project Management. You can easily drag and drop files into the documents folder and it easily integrates with programs such as Outlook. When I've had issues, within minutes I was able to have them solved with Procore's technical support team. Trades can easily implemented Procore into their systems - start closing out observations and items on the punch list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Procore is sometimes there may be a bit of a learning curve when using a new tool. However once you get going, and repetitively use the tool, the ease of use kicks in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the huge influx of documentation that comes in and out of our project: drawings, reports, correspondence, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Procore for over a year now, and it has completely transformed how we manage our construction projects. The platform brings everything together—plans, submittals, RFIs, daily logs, and communication—in one place, which has greatly improved our team’s efficiency and reduced costly mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, one downside is the cost—it’s definitely on the higher end, especially for smaller teams or companies just starting out. We also found that some modules feel a bit clunky or have a steeper learning curve than expected. It takes time to train the team and get everyone comfortable, particularly field staff who aren’t as tech-savvy.

Procore Streamlines a Project Across the board!
What do you like best about the product?
That my Subcontractors, Clients, Design Teams can approve and draft construction documentation which streamlines a project exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cant duplicate a project - If my client has their procore and I have mine...instead of having to double the work to keep both updated..it would be helpful to copy in real time to each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not everything is being dumped to my email inbox..procore I can receive submittals, rfi's, closeout, schedule updates, sub invoices etc. Helps keep my inbox clean and the whole team can see what is happening on a project
Procore makes construction management a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage daily construction paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the pricing structure, the more business you do the more the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Procore, it is easier to manage each projects Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, and Primary Contracts. I love having a directory of everyone involved under the project tab as well.
