What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, from first time to experienced, anyone can use it

That you have to download drawings before you can print

Experience using Procore has been great. I have been able to accurately process invoices and quickly identify any issues.

Procore helps centralize all project communication, documents, and updates, reducing errors and saving time. It improves collaboration between the field and office.

easy to navigate, type in any word associated with your search and everything possible pops up

getting information to employees, less phone calls for information
procore is a good tool, but sometimes it is hard to track the submittals if not properly entered .

keeps things organized for all of the information flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be a little more user friendly. The submittals sometimes go away for no reason and then need to be uploaded again.

Keeping track of all of the information flowing back and forth between the sub contractors and the GC

All necessary processes to complete a project are under one roof.

Instead of having a flat fee, every feature adds to the total cost.

An all inclusive software that has all solutions in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you organize your tasks and work in the best way, also you can share information with teammates and work together on different projects. It has become a daily tool to use at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to study the tools to really learn how to use them in the correct way. It takes time to learn everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep everything organized and on track with the estimating/projects department. We can keep all the information about the project on Procore.
Leveraging digital platforms to manage information flow.
What do you like best about the product?
We work primarily on remote projects, being able to provide field personnel with access to documents can be a challenge. Procore also enables our field personnel to monitor and be updated in real time with necessary documentation all within a single platform. Procore also enables the administrative tasks to be managed with fewer shifts between different programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on remote locations, access to internet or even cellular signal is a challenge. While this is an accepted challenge in accepting these projects, increased reliance, as with a digital platforms, exacerbates this and results in parallel processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of bid management is helpful, having a project set up from inception to completion would have many benefits, but some relevant granularity in construction phases is burdensome in bidding stage.

More ERP integrations needed, Tender board needs to have more filters, once you inactive a project it gets removed from the tender board
