It helps me learn how to make better use of it, it has the procore learing tool which is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
It is user intuitive and has a smart navigation system. It is ar great beginning point for all administration. There is a general broad view of many of the most important 1st stages of a project. It also gives a perspective in bidding and this is something I feel that all office staff of any job, should have the ability to do. Procore gives these in the beginning and makes it seem much less daunting. This program looks like the implementation of the program and switching from the old, while being time consuming, will be very easy. It doesn't look like there will be anything other than time making it one of the easiest programs I've ever implemented. With our whole company using Procore every day.. as well as most all day, I am glad that customer support is just a chat or call away.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a program that has literally everything already integrated into it. It looks overwhelming, at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is lessening our need for multiple programs that don't do what this does.

COST. Field acceptance of new product is an ongoing issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. If we can customise the columns in the display area, it would be much appreciated. (Personally feels too many columns).

Collaborating closely with the contractor and construction team, the process of developing Requests for Information (RFIs) proves to be invaluable in clarifying site conditions. By utilizing photos and videos, we can effectively analyze specific aspects of the project, enhancing our understanding of complex site information. This visual documentation not only aids in identifying potential issues but also helps us pinpoint their root causes, leading to more informed decision-making and streamlined problem resolution throughout the construction process.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can upload and edit Excel spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can upload files, drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Reports, and create folders and organize them however I want. It's pretty much like a all in 1 Construction Software that is user friendly.
I also like that Procore features act like a drive on which I can store a variety of documents included drone images accessible anywhere and anytime. I use this software daily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows me to access most of my documents and files (i.e. drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Reports, Coordination files, jobsite drone images...) in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Procore are it helps you with organization of a project and allows you to see plans, create observations, create punchlists, and notify trade partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing in procore is the learning curve. It is a little hard to get used to the software and takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of notifying trade partners with specific details once finding an observation or punch list.

Not a downside, but definitely takes some getting used to.
