A Game-Changer for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is how seamlessly it brings all aspects of a construction project into one centralized platform. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to collaborate with teams both in the office and in the field. Features like real-time updates, document control, and task tracking help reduce miscommunication and keep projects on schedule. It's incredibly efficient and has significantly improved our workflow and accountability across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is a powerful platform, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features and tools available. The learning curve is somewhat steep for new users, especially those who are not tech-savvy. Additionally, some customization options can be limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. That said, once you get used to the interface, the benefits generally outweigh the initial challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping solve the challenge of disconnected information and miscommunication during the preconstruction phase. With tools that centralize drawings, specifications, models, and coordination data, it allows our team to work from a single source of truth. This improves accuracy when reviewing design changes, identifying clashes early, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
By streamlining document management and model collaboration, Procore reduces rework and helps us catch potential issues before construction begins. As a result, we save time, reduce costly delays, and improve overall project planning and coordination.

Helpful organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to the construction industry and can't imagine learning without the use of Procore. It is a great organizational tool and helps walk you through the necessary steps towards setting up your project for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some financial tool features are confusing. Such as creating a change of events then moving that into a change order. Then if there is a mistake, it is quite difficult to find where and how to delete it.

Nothing much as of now as i have just completed my engineer certification course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ball In Court feature in Procore is one of the most effective tools for enforcing accountability within construction project workflows. From a QA/QC perspective, it ensures that every individual involved in processes like RFIs, submittals, inspections, or observations has clear responsibility at every stage.
By automatically assigning the next action to the right person, this feature eliminates ambiguity, prevents delays, and ensures no task is left unattended. It streamlines communication, enforces follow-through, and ensures that no one can walk away from their task without action.
This functionality directly supports quality assurance by ensuring timely responses, approvals, and documentation — leading to better compliance, fewer NCRs, and more efficient closeout procedures.

Sometimes Procore has a lag that slows down productivity.

Procore allows our contractors the ability to view inspection reports. Also, we are able to create folders for the aspects of the business (RFIs, submittals, etc).

Cover all you need and the adaptability to cover all scenarios is a great value.

Nothing, Have not found anything yet I dislike about the product.

Drawing management is easy and tracking historical data is smoother
Very well organized quick to access and easy to maneuver.
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can add any RFI to the actual drawings pinpointing any changes made while in the process of construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downloading of the plans its extremely slow even with 5G.

Its benefiting me with making my job easier in being able to access all files needed.

While Procore is powerful, reporting capabilities could use enhancement. Customizing reports isn't always straightforward, and sometimes finding specific historical data can be challenging. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for users unfamiliar with digital project management tools, requiring extra onboarding support.

What do you like best about the product?
It works online or off line, you can have personal layers for mark ups or notes. It doesn't matter what operating system you use it will work.

There is not a copy feature for the daily reports to at least copy over the subcontractors, or if there is i have not figured out how to use it yet.
