I use Procore for project management and documentation control. I find it user friendly with ease of navigating and accessibility. The initial setup was pretty simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the accountability aspect lacking. It would be better if individuals could be tagged and emails with authors were more clearly managed.

I use Procore for project management and documentation control, including documentation tracking, schedules, and tasks. It's user-friendly with easy navigation and accessibility.

I like how Procore centralizes construction project management into one integrated platform, reducing fragmentation and improving accountability. It offers impressive visibility and control across the entire project lifecycle, creating a single source of truth for financial data, documentation, and field communication. The real-time budget tracking and change management tools are standout features, allowing for proactive risk management and preventing cost overruns. I appreciate the integration between field and office, enabling superintendents to update logs and documentation in real-time, which boosts accountability and decision-making. The integration with other systems like accounting and scheduling software enhances efficiency by reducing duplicate data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is a powerful platform, the learning curve can be steep for new users, especially those transitioning from more basic systems or spreadsheets. Proper onboarding and internal process alignment are important to fully leverage its capabilities. Additionally, because it is a comprehensive system, some workflows can feel complex if not configured efficiently for the specific company structure. Smaller contractors may find certain features more robust than necessary for their scale. That said, with proper setup and training, these challenges are manageable, and the overall value outweighs the initial adjustment period.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in one place and is an easy tool for collaboration. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, it helps you get real-time updates, which avoids miscommunication.

One downside of Procore is that it can feel overwhelming at first, simply because there are so many features and tools. The learning curve can be steep, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. It can also be expensive for smaller companies, and certain customizations or reports can take extra time to set up exactly the way you want.

Fewer miscommunications—everyone can always see the latest plans, RFIs, and updates.

Easy Project Organization with Strong Access Control
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of organizing all information on the project with ability to control the accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Started using recently so have to wait till I make any opinion or suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help is to organize my Portfolio with providing me pre available templates. Has help improved the project related updates through it's inbuilt conversation feature. Also tracking of documents has added value to it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the schedule and photos feature in Procore. I use the app to take pictures and upload them directly from the app, which is great because my phone doesn't get clouded with work photos anymore. This is something that wasn't provided by previous employers, making this feature particularly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the schedule in Procore could be improved. There should be a feature to create a list of generalized tasks that can be implemented to the schedule. I would like a legend for the schedule that allows tasks to be dragged and dropped. Also, making the Procore Drive the same as the Procore website would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to track progress, solve project issues like incorrect installations, and notify teams for fixes. It helps manage work photos without cluttering my phone, as I can upload directly from the app.
Efficient but Requires Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I like most things Procore offers. The budget integration with our accounting software is great because it reduces the need to replicate steps. The initial setup was relatively easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It creates unnecessary work, most things in Procore require 3-4 steps when 1 should be sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with budget tracking, contracts, scheduling, and integrates with our accounting software to reduce repeated steps.
