So I have been away from Procore for a little while, but this is a must have tool for any project!

What do you like best about the product?
A few Videos and Procore is user friendly, even for those old dogs. If you want something that is going to streamline your Projects & lighten the workload on your already overworked Construction Management Team, this is the ONE!
What do you dislike about the product?
To me and several of my co-workers that have spent a lot of time in the field, it can be a bit overwhelming jumping into Procore from some of the lessor than Platforms. But give it a week and you will become best friends with the new Procore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that with a few clicks of a mouse I have everything I need to know about any Project I am assigned to. No matter if I come in during the Bid, Design Phase, Pre-Con, or Constuction phase, Procore gets me up to speed in no time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like procore a lot, it is a very useful portal and livechat is always available to assist me when needed. We use it a lot everyday and it makes jobs easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are just so not intuitive, especially as a subcontractor. Things that are similar like timecards does not work at all for us. Also, implementing was a bit difficult and took more time than it should have. Also, the sales team is just not helpful with helping me understand how Procore worked from the beginning, it's got better the longer we've been with Procore - but that is mostly bc I learned it myself by doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes office to field information easily assessable and is very helpful with billing/accounting. Super clean and live chat always helps when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is that it centralizes all project information—drawings, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists—into one platform. It keeps everyone on the same page, reduces miscommunication, and makes it easy to track revisions and approvals in real time. The mobile app is also great for field teams since they can upload photos, mark up drawings, and update progress without having to wait until they’re back in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Procore is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the number of tools and features. The system has a learning curve, and new users can struggle to find exactly where to go for certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of fragmented communication and scattered project documents. Before, drawings, RFIs, and submittals were spread across emails, shared drives, and paper copies, which caused delays and mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how they help people with learning the software in many different categories in an easy to use format, they've really thought of everything as it seems to integrate with other programs flawlessly. I see this as a daily use for my company and implementing it will be a breeze.

No complaints ive enjoyed every bit of it

Having all the tools a company needs in one place is the best, rather than having several different programs that may not all work together

What do you like best about the product?
Allowing the most up-to-date drawings and specs to be accessed at the click of an iPhone screen button is absolutely essential. The auto-capture feature when inputing tasks or punchlist items is wildly helpful as well. Who'd have thought?

Not to mention, it is extremely easy to navigate for my team. Perfect for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have a little more customization with Quickbooks integration, but it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plans in one place, complete organization of each project, including budgeting.

How easy it is to navigate. Being a new user it doesn't feel like there is all that much of a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs. Customer service has been helpful.
