    Construction

Great for Collaboration, but Inconsistencies Make Training Challenging

What do you like best about the product?
This software is widely used by both designers and contractors, which makes adoption and collaboration much smoother and requires minimal training. The customer support team responds quickly and genuinely tries to assist, no matter the time of day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules remain inconsistent, particularly in how you search for names or partners, which can differ from one module to another. Because of these differences, I still need to explain certain 'caveats' to my superintendents and engineers so they know how to complete specific reports. This makes it more challenging to adopt new tools. For example, with the Observation tool, you can't send out just one item as you would with a punch list; instead, you have to send everything at once, even if only one item is ready for distribution and the others are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an all-in-one program that enables us to take advantage of new tools as they are developed, making it easier to manage our work with fewer people.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore incredibly valuable for managing projects due to its ability to handle everything from inspection forms to scheduling, task tracking, and punch lists seamlessly. The setup was straightforward, and the software's scheduling, time sheet, and model tool features stand out. It's easy to use, contributing to my intent to continue using Procore indefinitely. What do you like best about the product?
This is how it centralizes everything, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports, so the team stays aligned in real time. It saves time, reduces miscommunication, and keeps the project moving smoothly.

What I dislike about Procore is that some features feel a bit clunky at first, and certain workflows take extra clicks to get where you need. It’s powerful, but the learning curve can be steep for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore brings all parts of a construction project together in one connected platform. It helps teams communicate, share documents, track progress, and manage workflows efficiently — all in real time. The interface is intuitive, and tools like the Drawings, RFIs, and Daily Logs are easy to use on both desktop and mobile, which makes collaboration between the field and the office much smoother. I also appreciate how version control, markups, and notifications keep everyone accountable and reduce confusion on the job site.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is a powerful and comprehensive platform, it can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many tools and settings to learn. Some workflows take several steps to complete, and finding specific options—especially when you’re new—can be confusing. The mobile app, although very useful, doesn’t always offer the same full functionality as the desktop version, which can slow things down in the field. Also, uploading large files or syncing documents can take time depending on internet speed.

Procore helps solve the problem of disorganization and miscommunication that often happens on construction projects. Instead of managing drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules in different places, Procore keeps everything in one centralized platform that everyone on the team can access. This reduces mistakes, keeps information up to date, and helps teams stay aligned. For me, it’s made it much easier to track progress, communicate with others, and find documents quickly without having to rely on emails or paper files. It saves time, improves accuracy, and keeps the entire project workflow more transparent and efficient.
