Great All-in-One Platform, but Financial Integrations Need Improvement

everything is in one place, and procore is constantly evolving

integrations with sage and how financial data comes back into Procore

Procore is simplifying portfolio-level reporting through its analytics features. The platform is also advancing its AI capabilities, allowing users to access the full range of benefits without needing to know how to code.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Construction Technology teacher, I use the platform to train my students in industry standards and protocols. When I speak with professionals in the field, they confirm that they use Procore and are enthusiastic about connecting with the next generation. I appreciate Procore's generosity in helping to prepare young people for their future careers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an educator, I would appreciate a more intuitive way to train my students on the software. Making the training process easier to understand would greatly benefit both instructors and learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still getting familiar with the basics, but I would benefit from additional training on the software. I am eager to discover more ways to incorporate it into my classroom.

It is always innovating and trying to improve the user experience.

That you have to use bid forms in the bidding tool.

Feels like they are solving everything. It benefits me by creating more streamline processes.

Its ability to document all data in one area, which enables us to streamline our processes. It is extremely user friendly

The drop downs and inability to add multiple contacts at one time

it is a one stop shop for managing jobsites

it's integration with Foundation. The Sync tool has a lot of issues

Comprehensive Project Management, but Meeting Layout Changes Are Confusing

Provide is a one stop shop for everything general contractors and trade partners need to successfully manage a project form start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has changed it's meeting layout frequently in the past year or so that has made it a bit confusing on how to navigate and set up agendas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide is continuing to innovate their program to be exactly what is needed to manage a project from financials, to meetings, to document management. It's been a helpful program for the industry and I'm excited to see what else is to come!
Great Favorites Feature, But Revision Comments Missing in Submittals

The favorites option on the top line!!!!

Submittals that are a revision do not include the past revision comments.

the cost and constant change of customer support teams

It is meeting the need of Project Management solutions in contract management, manufacturing tracking, and invoicing.
