Efficient Data Organization and Helpful Support, but Underused Features
What do you like best about the product?
It provides one consolidated platform that allows you to organize all of your data so that you can spend more time building in the field and less time sorting through files. I use it every day on my job and the customer support team is always quick to help with any questions that might come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are a lot of features that Procore seems to offer that I don't think my company is currently taking full advantage of

It is solving the organizational issue with the excess of data on such large projects
Procore: Industry Standard Without Depth and User Support
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has greatly improved communication and serves as the single source of truth. With all its integrated tools, it has definitely become an industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore tends to be a lot like Mcdonalds. They do a lot of things somewhat well and it looks cool but its not to the depth that we would like. they also tend to have terrible follow-up for users once they get the tool. people feel left in the wilderness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving housing all of the ongoings of the project in one place.
Great App for Elevating Trade Leaders and Field Accessibilty
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible it is for all trades that work on the project. Being the GC I have seen the app help elevate trade leaders on the project to a more professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not ran across anything as of yet. I use it in the field
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have all information in one place versus using several tools to do so.
Great Interface and Streamlined Processes, but Slow Load Times and Export Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore's interface, and the the way it allows us to keep all project Data in one place. I also like how it has streamlined our subcontract process and our subcontractor payment process
What do you dislike about the product?
Crazy load times for the budget view and Change events on larger projects. I Also really don't like that I cannot export quantities from Owner Invoices or supplier payment detail. this is available in PDF but qty does not appear in the exported CSV
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
360 reporting, and the budget views are making life better. Also being able to run reports on specific custom fields is a no brainier. Seems like our old system should have done this.
Great for Submittals and RFIs, but Budgeting and Forecasting Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, this software excels when it comes to handling submittals, RFIs, drawing management, and cost management. These features are what initially set the software apart and attracted companies to adopt it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the budget and forecasting features in Procore could use some enhancements. I would like to see it incorporate the burn rate to project the final cost amount using the available data, rather than only flagging issues after an overrun has already occurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the greatest advantage of Procore is its capability to integrate and incorporate external interfaces. This feature stands out as the most beneficial aspect for me.
All-in-One Construction Tool with Room for AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procore serves as a one-stop shop, integrating all my construction needs in one place. This eliminates the hassle of switching between different software. The initial setup was also straightforward, managed by our preconstruction department, which simplified my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Procore to have better scheduling and improved AI integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to integrate everything in one spot, eliminating the need for multiple software. It's a one-stop shop for construction needs, simplifying my workflow.
Great Tool Integration and Impressive AI Features

Integration b/w tools. AI component. Easy to use.

Scheduling tool not the best at being modified.

Coordination issues.
Intuitive and Easy to Use, but Document Permissions Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to learn and use, future-focused. Options for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to review document permissions, and with Procore Drive, it's all too easy for users to accidentally move folders without realizing what has been moved or where the folders have gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI features are designed to encourage Field users to be more engaged with the platform, especially when it comes to tasks like completing Daily Logs or writing RFIs. This focus on user engagement helps make these processes smoother and more efficient.
Great Reports, but Frustrated by Incorrect Data Input
What do you like best about the product?
The evolution of 360 Reports and how it’s evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
When people provide incorrect data so you can’t get accurate info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall compony collaboration and insute.
Great Real-Time Collaboration, but Plan Sheet Uploads Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very good for our company as a whole to be able to collaborate in real time on the various projects we are either bidding or constructing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the uploads don't read the plan sheets correctly and it says there are multiple sheets of something. I change the sheet number for one of the sheets, but it also changes the other one or more sheets as well. I need some way of breaking those sheets apart without deleting and reuploading to get past this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate with others in real time and make notes and highlight areas of concern.
