A tool for everything you need in construction
What do you like best about the product?
This platform truly serves as a one-stop shop for the entire construction process. It covers everything you might need, from preconstruction and early design stages to bidding, buyout, kickoff, execution, quality control, safety, operations, punch lists, and turnover—and the list goes on. Over the past several years, they have done an impressive job adapting to industry demands and changes, and the system has become noticeably more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe their support, particularly regarding data analytics, could use improvement. Communication about updates has sometimes failed to reach the appropriate people, which has led to some problems—especially during the transition from analytics 1.0 to 2.0. Overall, support is generally good in most situations. However, the available Procore training resources seem to be geared more toward administrators, rather than end users like superintendents, field engineers, or project engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of information has been huge. We were keeping project files in multiple locations which made it hard to track down once the job was finished, but Procore keeps everything connected to the specific project.

speed, a lot of times the site is slow, syncing take a lot of time

the full control of the app. meaning if you are an administrator, to have the ability to unlink pos, contracts "ERP"

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is cloud based and user friendly. We are still learning more about it and it seems like it is changing and growing a lot still. The integrations will be helpful once we get them off the ground. It is nice to have everything is one central place. I also like Procore drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, new things become available that we have asked for in the past but we don't get notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subcontractors seem mostly happy with it. They are able to track and submit their own material. Data and drawings are easily accessed in the field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have eased into it with new projects and had a lot of meetings to go over concerns. Write down problems as you come across them. Also, utilize Live Chat for immediate answers.
Interesting tool for improving collaboration in construction sites.
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited users licenses provides companies a competitive advantage. Collaboration has been a problem in construction for so long. However, with new integrated delivery methods, I'm sure this kind of software will indeed help making a change and improve collaboration between individuals and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of knowledge in the market about it. As not many people if familiar with the tools, it made it hard to implement it in large scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information sharing and collaboration basically. Teams can manage and share information real time without sending thousands of emails.

Try the product and fully utilized its capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and learn. Lots of powerful tools to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to get owner/engineer to use the software in order to get most use out of it. Not as powerful when only used internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project documentation control and transmittal.
Procore makes the estimating process very easy in regards to getting info and submitting bids

We can select which drawings and specs to download, submit RFI's and submit our pdf proposals
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet. Since I use it for estimating, I have never had a problem retrieving information or submitting proposals.

I only use it for estimating- See above.
Living Efficiently With Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. This program is less cumbersome and far more intuitive than its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling module needs quite a bit of work. It may work for smaller projects, but is not useful for large scale projects with multiple levels of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking submittals, RFI's, and other docs is less time intensive. Drag and drop functions make uploading a breeze.

Just do it.
Pretty user friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of all the tabs. It's very easy to navigate between each tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the drawings tab would have more annotations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving any business problems as much as being more efficient at managing each of my jobs.

I like that Procore shows who's responsible for what. If you need to have something complete in 2 days, everyone knows that and can hold your accountable

RFI drawings are kind of clunky not easy to use
