Great construction management software that hits a lot of bases but could use polish
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing revision tracking and document revision tracking. Only the most current items are visible unless you dig for old versions which gets rid of accidental sets
What do you dislike about the product?
theres been features in the past designed to work a certain way and either get taken away or not fixed promptly. New features seem to be more important than polishing existing ones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution and tracking of documents, photographic proof of work completed

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use , customer service is second to none, integrates well the third party applications .
What do you dislike about the product?
The new PLM model, it forces existing customers to move to the new environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for collaboration that was once done via email moving our company into the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all documents and items necessary to run a job; organized and easily kept in one place per job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to further edit submittals, and to do an INTERNAL change order without having to do Change Events as well.

My favorite part of procore would be the submittal section.

There is not much that I dislike, but I wish that I could create a new change order while in the change event log the first time.

Keeping all of the documents in one central location that can be accessed from a computer or mobile device.

I like when something is changed I get an email about it

That the Daily logs are not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for anybody is great. Tracking documentation is wonderful. Being able to have all documents in one space with instant updates is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection when working off hot spots can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The financial tool on Procore has drastically reduced my time in completing monthly financials on several projects. I know where costs are in real time. The budget modifications tool helps review the health of the project upon completion to see where items were strong or weak. This gives valuable input back to our estimating department.

They’re always updating & reformatting the platform.

The app is extremely easy to navigate and allows our PM's & Foreman to communicate with the office seamlessly.

Lack of ability to track and bill T&M jobs

Procore has eased the organization of jobs and as we continue to use more aspects of the program our efficiency continues to rise.

It does everything your previous softwares have done but better and provides everything you need to operate your projects efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single thing that I dislike. Everyone week new features and updates are released.

It streamlines tons of processes that we have. Makes the life of our supers 100 times easier. stores information forever. Easily accessible from multiple platforms
