What do you like best about the product?
It is already a good product but they continue to make additional improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of uploads
Unique Email addresses for each folder in document module- no more downloading attachments from an email and uploading into Procore- Just simply send an email to the unique folder email address and viola! filed! there are so so many rad features to this software, too many to name!
What do you dislike about the product?
very very little, let me tell you.
ok- here is 1-
Lets say im creating a contract- if the project directory isnt complete, and i need to add the vendor or sub- when i click to do this, it should open in a new tab/screen or remember the data ive entered into the contract fields to alleviate re-entering data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COLLABORATION between field & office! Documents in real time, sharing in real time, the latest versions at hand.

Easy to implement and get moving

What do you like best about the product?
The software is quick and easy to learn. Available in multiple formats, web, and various mobile platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that there were better safety tracking tools To utilize and more ways to markup documents, RFIs, submittals and specs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile and offline fast access to drawings and records. Information is available to our users quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to implement, if integrating with ERP systems work ahead of time before fully implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based. Great customer support. Willing to do the work and research it takes to develop the tools needed in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting minutes tool is not as intuitive as the rest of the modules, and takes a bit of practice to get used to. Very good documentation once you get through the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the features that have been rolled out have glitches or concerns or aren't perfect and it seems like with the focus on product growth, some features get stuck at 90% perfect.

Changing the game with Procore

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has completely changed that way that our team functions. We are now more efficient and less mistakes are made in the field. Procore provides our team plans, submittals, RFIs, photos, etc right on their smartphone. All updates to plans are immediately available to all team members, no one is working on outdated plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is working very well! No dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money by having less mistakes occur in the field. The benefit is the ability to make sure every GC and sub is working off the correct set of plans. Our communication between the field and the office has become seamless.

Procore takes a lot of the burden off your memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reports that I would like to generate but can't at the moment.

Everyone gets to interact, client, middle man, and employee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as many video tutorials as possible. They are helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the procore submittal process the best. Reduces paper and lets you know whos court the submittal is in at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the billing process the most. It does not let you manipulate the billing as much as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the business to reduce paper use and improve the CO process. It has allowed the CO process to become faster and more efficient. This allows me to work from the field and be able to send the owner a CO to approve without having to visit the office to have the VP sign off for approval.

What do you like best about the product?
The RFI and Submittals tools have probably been the most useful to me in keeping track of the status of each one. Having all the documents related to the project in one place is useful, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some subcontractors, architects and our own personnel that are either resistant to the use of Procore or they don't use it to it's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it is most helpful in keeping track of the status of RFIs and Submittals. Also, that it reminds architects when they have outstanding items that they need to act on. We have had one owner remark that they like having access to the project information

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to access the program at any moment needed. I could be away from my work computer and need to access something, and can easily do so by using the mobile app!
What do you dislike about the product?
So customization is not yet available, but the customer success team really helps us work on these items to see if they can incorporate in future updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time updates to project documents is huge. It give all new drawings to users in the field and can help us with changes, lost time, and materials that may be affected

Creating RFI's

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation through the site and the RFI module makes it easier for the Architect to review and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inspection module, need to have actual pre-made inspection templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with tracking response time for RFI's and Submittals from the Architect. Procore helps with having the ability to print out a chart that can be shown in the Owner's meeting to show responses from the Architect is slow and slowing done performance of work to be done because questions and submittals are not being answered in a timely fashion.
