What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, cloud makes for easy access and no data drain

Sometimes too much clicking, and no keystrokes for tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for managing budgets if used properly, can report financials accurately
Couldn't live without it!!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality, the aesthetics, the granularity, the support, the training and how collaborative a tool it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's almost overwhelming how much is customizable, but that's when I watch a quick how-to video or call support and I get the answers I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and energy (which equals money) by collaborating online, saving the same while out in the field capturing pictures, data and reports on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! I've done my research and have used many CM/PM software programs previously and Procore is light years ahead!

ability to write contracts quickly; can view costs of project immediately for direct costs and requisitions against contracts; directory, ERP integrations with Quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
inconsistent data fields from screen to screen drives me insane; inability to use project for schedules; no email tracking on every tab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating a process for how we do business, especially getting subcontracts signed BEFORE work begins on a project and ability to get change orders approved quickly and signed off using docusign

What do you like best about the product?
ProCore streamlines so many processes. It helps us connect to all of our trades/sites at easily and helps us monitor all communication and documentation done on ProCore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email feature leaves much to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily access several projects at a glance (+50+. Gives us project overviews with all the information that we should be aware of.

Updating the Email App.

too many options set as standard. Less options for standard view would be great and the ability to add more when you need.

Reporting, erp linking, budget variance report

Can't report on custom tabs, can't filter by trade/cost code on directory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting tool has let us analyze a lot of our data. We have been able to get rid of a lot of internal excel sheets from it. We no longer track the budget on our own.

Procore has helped our company eliminate the need for multiple programs and processes to achieve the same results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I have not experienced any issues with Procore

Allows our company to have our procedures consolidated within one program while still maintaining permission-based access so users can see only what they need to see

Take a trial run. Complete Procore Certifications to get a real view of how the software works and the various components and how they will relate to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view everything related to a project, all in ONE place, has been extremely useful. Need to see a subcontract, PO, or potential change order related to the job? Procore. Need to request information or view the submittals related to a project? Procore. Need to see the inspections or observations created from the jobsite? Procore. It's all there and in one area. The ability for subcontractors to view the information related to the project they are on, all in one place is priceless. No more sending information back and forth or lost emails. It's all there together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the number of notification emails received. While I understand that it is to notify, it seems many people get so fed up with the notification emails, that they are ignored, and therefore are not fulfilling their purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lost paperwork and disorganization are solved with Procore's Forms, Inspections, and Documents tools.
Our safety team has really benefited from the Daily Logs, Inspections and Incidents tools, running reports to show safety metrics on the projects, determining where we can spend more time/effort making our projects safer and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore takes a wealth of information and makes it easy to process, and communicate between numerous team members. And their system is incredibly intuitive for everyone to try and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they don't have accounting software integrated on their own platform (not just an integration).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, communication clarity etc.
