Lots of Potential, will Transform Company in a significant way
What do you like best about the product?
The company really seems to have taken parts of other services and made a stop shop program for a Construction company.
What do you dislike about the product?
My firm is a subcontractor and this platform has been developed for a GC, we are still working out the tweaks for downflow company and making it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were more far behind the curve in technology, we are catching up to a more streamlined process, without changing our core processes too much. We are learning some new and improved ways to do less redundant activities in our everyday work.

a little cumbersome to modify previously uploaded material

Quicker response times

Access it anywhere with internet access, and it's easy to coordinate and contact other members of a project.

Some project hosts may block some of the more useful features.

Coordination from various trades utilizing the same set of documents from remote locations.
Procore saves so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps me stay organized all day everyday! I can upload meeting minutes and use the options in procore to distribute the meeting minutes. I also use procore for purchase orders and invocies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am creating it editing purchase orders or change orders in procore it sometimes doesnt recognize the correct cost code with the correct contract no.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photos,change orders,meeting minutes and dailies are all benefits of procore.

The dashboard gives a great screenshot of the projects

Nothing so far, as the system has exceeded expectations.

Management, Scheduling,
once fully in use, it will be of utmost importance for safety, quality and timeliness

you need approvals to access too many of the segments

Procore Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Managing submittals, RFI's and Change Orders is working out great. Support has been good. Also enjoy that it is cloud-based and there isn't a limit to users. Users in the field can use the app and access the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pay applications are clumsy. Would like them to be more customizable with specific tax needs. Also, integration with our accounting software leaves a lot to be desired. Successful use of the program depends on others using it as well (suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, etc.) so there is effort in getting others to buy in to the usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping better track of submittals as long as all parties involved in the process use Procore. Like the Procore App as well as Procore Drive. We have yet to use the bidding side of Procore but look forward to trying this out. I use Procore on a day to day basis and enjoy using it. The support is great and there are many self-guided learning tools, including Webinars, forums, and also a Certification program.

its easy to use and i like the way i can distribute with emails and clicking names

my internet connection and a little around the items and packages is a little confusing from the start

Procore is very simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the setup and learning opportunities throughout. It is not a simple case of download and go, but they provide enough training tools to get you up and running very quickly - further increasing the likelihood of project success!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things that I am not that fond off is the specifications upload... it tend to miss data when sorting.

All contractors, subcontractors, owners and anybody else, can have access to all documents, drawings and details of the project at a press of a button!

Be patient, it will certainly pay off in the end!

What do you like best about the product?
Documentation tracking and document control is easy to use and protects us in today's climate. The cost control reports are also useful and better than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact database management is static and non-editable. This leads to redundant entries for different end users. Also, the interface with accounting is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document control and record keeping are so critical in the industry today. Also the dashboard allows for efficient review of project status, form both schedule and revenue standpoints.

It's a great product that is easy to use at most levels of the company, from field super to executive. We have also received positive feedback form partners and clients.
