Great tool for construction documentation
What do you like best about the product?
1. Very easy to enter information and easy to learn.
2. Useful with construction people often not so "computer friendly".
3. The notifications for overdue or expired items keep everyone informed and aware of the important things that need to be completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Needs more work on cross-referencing information.
2. A stand-alone version could help with projects with limited or slow Internet access, very common in projects in remote areas. That way, information could be entered immediately and then later uploaded when better a better Internet connection is available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Making sure that projects are adequately documented. We have made keeping all records completed a requirement for the approval of monthly invoices.
2. Making it easy to manage RFI, Submittals and other instruments that require multiple levels of review.
3. Keeping the owner involved / informed.
4. Making sure that quality issues like observations and Punch List items are well attended and are not left behind, even when stakeholders of the project are changed.
5. Bidding processes have become more transparent and easy to manage as distributing updated information is as easy as making a couple of clicks.

Consider availability of Internet access in the projects you intend to use the software as it will not work stand alone. The strength of the software relies on a good Internet connection; otherwise, it becomes frustrating to use.

Plan viewing, whether on a tablet or phone, it's easy and always at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike.

We're able to have more insight into the fields activities at real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is web based and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. It is intuitive. And has some great tools for project managements
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues we have with invoicing and calculating tax for Washington State. I would prefer to have one account manager to contact with issues instead of a generic phone line or email. Additionally, I would like to see customization for no additional charge, or at least an allotted amount of hours. Would like to see the price come down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines many project management processes such as submittals, rfi's, change orders, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All construction management software has its issues. While it does not solve every problem it does streamline some process and allows for great tracking. I would recommend talking to other users to see their experience and if it is worth the money.

Takes more time then necessary to input information.

We had experience issues with keeping plans updated. Procore allow us to make revisions and updates to all parties involved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a list of the key items you are hoping to improve with a new software. Procore is strong in some areas and lack in others. Pending on the items that are important to your business model it might be a good fit, it may not.
Fantastic online platform that saves you time and money whilst on site.
What do you like best about the product?
The Inspections tool incorporates most of my documentation with the ability to use pictures and corrective actions from just one visit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms Tool does not really do what we want it to do. PDF fillable is too time consuming

A great site based application and the site diary is proving a valuable tool in disputes with subcontractors.
Synchronizing
What do you like best about the product?
-Synchronizing between designers and construction teams is easy with Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Punch listing: should be done easy. Putting so much information takes time when punch listing an entire building. There needs to be a way to do it like listing items in a note bock, take a picture, title, location, small description in one line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prepare weekly progress meetings at the job site.

-Procore is a reliable and easy to use construction management platform. I recommend it.
Complete Project Management Tools all in on place
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a complete suite of tools that allows a user to get on line and start using the tools in minutes improving visibility of issues by using RFI's and Submittals in an easy and intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to do a little training to use all of the Contract, Budget and Change Order tools, but, once you figure them out, they are super powerful in managing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do Owner Billings in minutes. We get labor production information from ongoing jobs that informs our labor rates for estimates for new jobs making us more cost competitive and having much better visibility on where our labor costs are incurred improving our field labor efficiencies as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and straightforward to use for both the contractor and subcontractor. The online training seminars are very benifical for new employees etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling coordination would be the only complaint .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct and clear communication with subcontractors and owners. The ability to have one place for all project coordination and communication.
Procore is a work in Progress; construction management up to par, accounting integration sub-par.
What do you like best about the product?
Document management ; RFI's, Submittals, etc. tracking very helpful and easily accessible to both client and subtier contractors. Automated word find on plans making naming simple. Automated email reminders and ball in court make in very apparent where you are at in the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting sync is not up to par with other similar all inclusive programs (ie Viewpoint). Very limited ERP syncing with Quickbooks. Job Cost reports are limited. When entering invoices, Procore is not preset to assign reviewers (workflow missing) leaving the Accounts Payable personnel no choice but to manually email superintendents/project managers for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability! Tracking features such as whom has seen what documents keep subs and clients accountable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great document control tool, but if needing an all inclusive software package (including accounting) I would look elsewhere first. ERP integration not yet to par but it slowly getting there.
Getting on board
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been great! I have not experienced such support with any other company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty getting all parties to utilize the program has been a struggle.

The drawing tool has provided up to date accessibility to our team and subcontractors.
