Automatic tool that increases and maintains organizations contraction processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The system enhances easy access to all informations the user needs to make smart management decisions,protects against abnormal cost with real time updates and unlimited documentation,increases the organization's efficiency since all the processes are done in one platform and also saves on time and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software needs money for purchase and installation which may be costy to the potential user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software ensures real time communication across the project team and access latest information hence prompt job accomplishment,protects the user from litigation and surprise costs with real time updates and unlimited documentation.Through the aoftware,the user is able to monitor members as changes taken,makes data driven decisions and accurately forcast to future proof margin,identifies potential issues and their impacts to schedule and budgets and avoids unwanted surprises with better visibility and track all steps and increases thd approval process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software easen management of organization constructions projects through any devices at any time and from any place hence I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this software is for the most part, user friendly. It's quick to learn and there are a lot of edits that can be made. So if anything goes wrong in the course of training, it is usually an easy fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we are unable to drag and drop from Outlook. It causes an unnecessary step in my mind of saving to our server and then having to save into Procore from there. I wish that wasn't the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use out in the field. There is an app version of Procore for those of us in the field. The app does have some limitations however. It has been great to keep track of our budgets/financials for different projects.

PC is great ecspecially for niche industruies within construction. I love it.

Customer service could be a little more efficent in my opinion

Some niche reports I was not able to generate like for lien waivers and payroll sometime proved to be difficult

Not yet set up for pre-construction job management (bids)

Our office has been extremely disjointed and has had enormous problems with organization, efficiency and communication. Procore solves this through the integrated use by all facets of the construction industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand that the price you are going to pay in dollars can easily be made up for in the time and efficiency savings - which has comes down to the bottom line, even still.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this applications is very friendly to the users. It is cheap, makes work easier, intuitive, its collaboration and other thing. First day I used it I asked myself why is it that I did not know it earlier. It is very complete as far as project management is concerned. it allows me to gather all the information about its different modules in an organized manner, has good customer service. They are perfect

Once this application hanged yet I was running a $12M project for our organisation. I thought it a project failure but after reaching there customer care desk, they sorted it all

I used to manage some Construction project. We had a river in between our upcoming store and our organisation so i had that bridge construction project. I totally managed it fully in a professional way. Since then I got nick name, Eng. Bri representing the bridge.

You can run many projects at once. So if you are running one using another software, try to run next one using Procore and thank me later. I recommend it

Procore gives its users the ability to properly manage any construction project with its easy to use user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downfasll with Procore is its inability to populate certain fields correctly. Sometimes it takes two steps to complete a task when it could be minimized to one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication between BuildingConnected and Procore. Benefits are within the sub vendors.
